Hey there c.....9. Apologies, that your latest experience was not up to the standards you are used to at High 5. We do apologize as we were unable to complete your online order, however, I believe the IDGAF attitude was not there. We were sold out of the strain you desired, offered other options, offered additional product to you at no cost to help remediate the issue but you denied. I understand your frustration and again apologize our customer service in the offer to assist was perceived as not suitable to your standards. We wish you the best take care.

I live 25 minutes away and place orders for pickup through Leafly. I have ordered from this dispensary before and it went smooth, however today has left the WORST taste in my mouth and it wasn't the bud. I placed a pickup order for the location in Durant. These mfs let me drive 25 minutes and when I get there they say they don't have my order but their location in Calera does. (12 minutes away) I'm thinking like damn you can't call and tell me ahead of time gas is high ass hell. I went to the location in Calera the very next day (35 minutes) from my house. After getting the run around in Calera they also said they didn't have my order and could care less. This is the worst customer service experience I've had you don't just have an idgaf attitude after you have wasted my time twice without a care in the world. I would  never recommend this dispensary and will be shopping somewhere else. I hope the get shut down gas is so high that shit really pissed me off and the time lost and u thinking ur gonna some some gas and never get too. Hate them

I like the fact they're willing to help broke-ass people with the economy the way it is y'all help people out and have great deals so I will continue to come over there. I don't get to come over much because I live in Kingston but when I'm over there that's where I spend my money, great people willing to help not one bad day have I  walked into that place and not come out without a smile! Cool looking place, wonderful customer service. But the herb is way overpriced and the quality is terrible at best. Would recommend to avoid if you vaule your money and taste.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Friendly and knowledgeable people that work and operate this establishment. Always great deals and service to the customers. This is also one of my regular stops to shop at as well. I only have 3 that I shop regularly at for you all to know. That says a lot.
