I’m so sad to write this. We have been going to High Supply for over a year. An amazing place! We want to thank Blake personally. She has been an amazing person in so many ways to us. Always finding us the best deal. My husband left his job, money tight. Blake would find something in the fire sale. She always worked it out for us. Our car broke down one day and she gave a ride home. Way out of her way. Compassionate, kind, generous, thoughtful but most of genuine. We are moving to Vegas. We will miss the High Supply crew. Without question one of the finest dispensaries in Ontario. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Completely worth the visit

Amazing service and very awesome atmosphere

I found High Supply on Leafly. I was sold on sticking with them with their awesome customer service the very first time. One visit, I got a problematic product, they made it 420% right! Great prices and super nice staff. Headed there this morning.

Today was the first day in a while that I could go and stock up on what I need. I was given a budget by someone who really cares, and we drove out to get what I rely on to get by, since I mostly smoke medicinally. When I came in, I was immediately impressed to see multiple walls covered with stock (I'm from VT, the only place I could by from was less than two shelves behind them of stock and none of it medical grade.), and to be greeted with someone so up-beat and friendly. Blake and her co-workers were incredibly quick to look through things, be willing to offer their help, and help me with picking out a bunch of their pre-rolls and edibles. They were both very familiar with most of what is being sold, and also other things they don't sell for comparison. They had everything that I needed in stock bar one thing, and found an excellent replacement for what I wasn't getting. I came on Tuesday, and yes they do the daily deals on their website, and their prices are what's listed, or something might be on sale that day. I was pleased to get what I'd needed, and this review is for anyone feeling hesitant about trying this if it's your first time. Don't be afraid to buy from here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Best Shop in Ontario! This shop has outstanding customer service. Started going to HS because Blake answered the phone. 3 other shops didn’t. Not only answered but called me back with more info. Hayley called me back last order to clarify a product. All the employees are amazing! My son turned 21 a few weeks ago. He wanted to go to a dispensary. I thought it would be a great bonding opportunity. neither of us has ANY experience. First stop not good at all! Handed us a paper that looked like Chinese writing, I explained it was my son’s B-day and we got the “eye roll” and sigh things pretty much went downhill from there. Ultimately we left empty handed! Called my brother from the car and he said go to High Supply! Apparently he is a frequent flyer! We got escorted in by Blake who congratulated my son on his 1st visit. Blake took the time to ask us questions and offer great suggestions. We got a bit of everything by the time we were done the rest of the staff were acknowledging my son’s big day. I called my brother later and asked him if he had called them and asked Blake to give us VIP service? He said no. Blake is always that way. Thank you to Blake for your infectious spirit and making it special for me too!
