High Tide

Ordered on line. On line said 90 minutes but after 4 HOURS cancelled order

It’s just way overpriced and you feel like you’re an intruder there you have a hovering salesman or sales girl and although they’re knowledgeable, they just don’t have enough assortment

Do not patronize High Tide! They are NOT honorable. They ripped me off. They SHORTED my order and over charged me! They are LIARS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

There was a problem with my delivery. They were requesting verification of ID as compared to delivery address. However, they did not notify me or call me. I waited for over 90 minutes for my delivery and did not get my order. They were unapologetic.

I appreciate everything about high tide! Their product, their professionalism and their delivery drivers. I visit the south bay from New Orleans every few months. I myself don't drive. I'm coming from an area that herb isn't legal. It's so helpful to have a delivery service . I'd like to add I've had Hannah deliver a couple times and she's always polite and kind. Thank you again for your help to get product to me in great time and great quality. I love the packaging too.

Cancelled order 90 minutes after sending it over. Cancel it in a more timely manner.

This place is fantastic. The ordering process is easy and the delivery came super quick. The customer service was top notch from the people on the phones all the way to the drivers. I've found my new delivery service. Delivery is great because you don't even have to leave your house. I highly recommend this place!!!

Fast and friendly service with good prices. I would definitely recommend.

Great products, amazing service, and good times :) High Tide has been my go to delivery service for a couple years now and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had delivery

Can’t believe it took me so long to find out about High Tide! The products are amazing plus the great service, hidden gem honestly. Will definitely come again, it was so easy to order and I got it within 30 minutes!
