It’s just way overpriced and you feel like you’re an intruder there you have a hovering salesman or sales girl and although they’re knowledgeable, they just don’t have enough assortment

There was a problem with my delivery. They were requesting verification of ID as compared to delivery address. However, they did not notify me or call me. I waited for over 90 minutes for my delivery and did not get my order. They were unapologetic.

Cancelled order 90 minutes after sending it over. Cancel it in a more timely manner.

I appreciate everything about high tide! Their product,their professionalism and their delivery drivers. I visit the south bay from New Orleans every few months. I myself don't drive. I'm coming from an area that herb isn't legal. It's so helpful to have a delivery service . I'd like to add I've had Hannah deliver a couple times and she's always polite and kind. Thank you again for your help to get product to me in great time and great quality. I love the packaging too.

This place is fantastic. The ordering process is easy and the delivery came super quick. The customer service was top notch from the people on the phones all the way to the drivers. I've found my new delivery service. Delivery is great because you don't even have to leave your house. I highly recommend this place!!!
