Hands down the best dispensary I’ve been to in all of Oklahoma. Prices are great, quality of products is on point, and Nathan and Salina always take really good care of me. Customer service is phenomenal. Love that you can order online, they’re very responsive and communicative via chat with your order. I visited for the first time a few months back and I’ve stopped going anywhere else. Well worth the extra drive.

The weed look like it was old.

I have been going to the house of ounce for quite awhile now. They have a great atmosphere, great quality of service and deals on medicine that are affordable at any price range. Also they have the weekly drawing, stamps for discount cards to go on top of the deal of the day. It's bananas, even when you check out and say you had bought a half of flower they always say and I still think it is cool today is " Do you want any wraps papers or cones for free or if you need it grab you a dab tool.". One thing I like is customer service and offering somebody something as the papers they need to utilize what they just purchased blew me away the first time and still does.

Hands down love this dispensary there’s nothing I can point out, except for the matter of customer service. The tall dude with the beard from my understanding you’ve been with H/O the longest, why is it that when I called in to check on a product you assumed I was the same caller from earlier. For crying out loud you work in a lads dream job, you should always have an uplifting vibe when greeting and answering the phone. Won’t stop me from shopping but have some decency towards your loyal faithful customers! Great customer service never fails to lose customer satisfaction!
