Housing Works Cannabis Co
DELIVERY AVAILABLE TO SELECT NEIGHBORHOODS AND ZIP CODES! MAKE LOVE, NOT DRUG WAR All proceeds from Housing Works Cannabis Co support Housing Works, a NYC nonprofit dedicated to relentless advocacy, lifesaving services, and justice for all. Housing Works was founded in 1990 by a group of activists who demanded safe and stable housing for people with AIDS. Today we meet our mission by providing housing, healthcare, and vocational training to thousands of New Yorkers annually. Our direct action and advocacy uplift communities that have suffered under the war on drugs. Housing Works Cannabis Co is honored to feature products from LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women-led brands, as these communities have been disproportionately affected by drug criminalization. Your purchase helps us continue to spread the love throughout NYC. Thank you. Learn more at housingworks.org. WHAT IS HARM REDUCTION? “Huh? Why is a drug treatment provider selling weed?!” As part of our person-centered approach to healthcare, Housing Works offers innovative substance use supports grounded in Harm Reduction. This non-judgmental, non-coercive, trauma-informed philosophy meets people where they’re at, including those left behind by social programs and medical institutions. We believe people can and will make positive decisions about their health when given options that meet their circumstances. We respect the rights of people who use drugs and believe that everyone deserves healthcare. We value autonomy, responsibility, community, and compassion.

On 4/16/24 I purchased an eight of Rythm, brownie scout flower. When I opened it up it was just two nugs so I weighed it. The total weight of flower was only 2.5 grams. My scale is accurate and properly calibrated. I verified this several times. Being short a gram on an eight is crazy. I never even had a plug short me that bad in over 20 years. Anyways, I reached out to housing works about this. Their reply was basically since the container was sealed it’s not their problem. They passed along the email for RYTHM cannabis which is owned by Green Thumb Industries (GTI). Rythm did not respond to several emails I sent them. Regardless, the fact housing works refused to take any responsibility is simply appalling. What other business would that work in? If I bought a bottle of champagne and found that it was only two thirds full, do you think the wine shop would go, not my problem, take it up with Moët. Weed is more per ounce than most caviars. If I was missing 33% of Sevruga, do you think any shop would go not my problem, take it up with the fish. I want to continue to support housing works because of the work they do in the city but there’s just no way. My advice, go any other licensed dispensary. DO NOT GO TO HOUSING WORKS, they rip you off.
Love love this store! Fantastic product! The staff is amazing. This is my Go To! They know what they’re doing for sure. Love the ambiance and design of the store. Top Tier.
Beware they are operating a false advertising scam!. They advertise lower prices online then charger double in the store, it’s a classic bait and switch scam. They were advertising a Dutch Treat Pax pod 1 gram for $44.23 online then tried to charge me $88 for it in store and they would not honor the price that they advertised online. Total scam! I also left a review on google and the owners made a for show only repose to save face which just added insult to injury. They left an email and asked me to contact them promising to rectify the situation when I attempted to contact them they just ignored me, no response at all. By the way is a violation NYC consumer protection laws not to honor any advertised price
