I’ve never gotten a bad product from INSA and have found their staff to be incredibly helpful! They help me shop for the caps and gummies that will give me my desired high and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve true. I recently purchased a grape flavored vape which is truly excellent

Here's why I hate INSA and plan to never return. They sell disposable vape pen with the INSA brand name. The batteries die before the product is used up. This kid, that was impersonating a customer rep, tried to tell me that the pens are purposely over filled and no refund. When I told him he was insulting my intelligence, he became confrontational and tried to physically intimidate me. They should have their license suspended.

Your products are on-par with other nearby dispensaries when it comes to quality, yet your prices are nearly 50% higher. Used to be a regular but can't justify it anymore.

False advertising, snobbery and old cannabis makes this a franchise that might suit our CT friends for recreational but does not suffice for medical. These guys just want to make money off of you.
