Placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready in 30 min or less. I was on the way to the store 35 min later when I noticed my order still had not been confirmed. I called to double check that it was being processed and it took the receptionist a while to even find my order. By the time she did, I had arrived and was sitting in my car. I gave her my id and waited again for her to verify. Then I waited again for my order to be processed. When she came back out, she informed me that half of my order was out of stock. I would have cancelled the order completely and gone somewhere else if it wasn’t already 9pm, leaving me with limited options. To top it all off, they tried to charge me $5 to use a debit card. First time here and definitely last time.
