So just opened the two oz's. bag of Wedding Cake and straight up shaky crumble. Wedding Cake. Your company is buying cheap little nugs and selling them full price. 23.08 I've seen this being sold as little nugs I paid 160$ plus for little nugs oz's. I'm bringing back the two oz tomorrow I did not pay for baby nugs /shake. I paid full price and got baby nugs. The lady knew that when I asked her that's why she didn't allow me to feel the bag because I told her I didn't want baby nugs and she still sold it to me and didn't allow me to feel the nugs. I trusted her and she lied straight to my face. Not pleased I'll bring back the two oz tomorrow because when you see it then you will understand. I gave a 5-dollar tip to someone who was just bs'ing me about what I was buying. Makes me feel stupid to trust someone who wouldn't allow me to feel the bag of baby nugs. 80$ for brown bag littles? I was wondering why they lady went back and got a few shitty bags because I thought it was 65$ an oz. And complained about it a little because last week 50% off 1/8 and 65$ oz so that's all I was asking for. and end up pissing someone off and they said let's give him the shit bags and that's why I asked her if I can feel the bags and she wouldn't because it was little buds.

Even though this business has gone through a lot of changes over time their customer service has remained very friendly and positive. There's always a good deal if you're on a budget and lots of selection. Everyone working here has been extremely nice. I've been very loyal to this dispensary because I can trust that their products are always high quality and the experience is always so positive. If you order ahead there's virtually no wait. I've only had an issue with my order once, with a confusion about the points system, and they resolved it in my favor which was more than what I was expecting. They're always happy to answer questions. They also have a recycling bin for packaging, and you can re-use the zipper bags your products come in. Another good sign this is a good business is that their employees seem really happy, like 100% of the time, as do the other customers.

I've been coming here for 2 years when it used to be high mountain health. Quality and service have taken a nosedive since they changed to Ponderosa. Also, notice that some of the long-time budtenders are no longer here. This is what happens when the local company sells out and makes the consumer suffer. This used to be the best dispensary but how the mighty have fallen. I ONLY come here since they have the cheapest flower. You're better off going to Phoenix or Payson and buying in bulk unless you're desperate or low on funds. Also, beware when placing online orders. Sometimes, you get skipped ( it happened 3 times to me), and they are slow to catch it and won't even apologize and like to waste everyone's time.
