These guys are the home of CANAMO! They have the best deals and superior products. I live 2 blocks from a major dispensary and I drive past 10-15 other dispensaries on my way to Ponderosa. The truth is what it is!!!

Overall it was good. The only downside was after I left I was trying to check my points and I saw on their website that if you spend 75 or more you will get a free 8th or 1g distillate. I spent over 200 but they didn't offer me that deal. I guess you have to ask for it if you qualify for it, they dont just automatically give it to you.

They have some really good deals and probably the best local flower in town. They do sell the project packs that are sweeping the valley right now. Phenomenal flavor on the packs.

There's an employee here by the name "Jelly" & she has horrible customer service, after coming here and spending thousands and thousands of dollars, Ponderosa won't be getting my business anymore. Please don't spend your money here, there's a million other shops with the same product and way better customer service.

This is a great experience at all times. Great visit but tenders are always helpful.. best bud in the West Valley, top shelf is the best to buy from also, the new strands that they have now they are addicted if you know what I’m saying.

I want to drive the Lamborghini out front but I can't drive a stick. I can drive a slot. They were pretty friendly today. That is not always the case but today they were. Let's eat some hash oil and see how that makes us feel

Lovely experience everytime.

Went for an online order and was informed about the rewards program. Decided to go ahead and use rewards and went inside to redeem. The gentleman who waited on us was phenomenal and so was the woman working the pickup window. Use walked a way with an extra goodie. Will refer friends and family to this place.

I haven’t tried the product. Incorporates a workout ride into picking up order. When I arrived an employee held the door open. I asked if it was ok to bring my bike in - I didn’t see a bike rack. She said sure come on in. I paid for my online order while a bunch of employees hung out in the parking lot. Once my transaction was complete. The security guard that was standing there informed me I’m not allowed to bring my bike in. Said I was struggling so they didn’t say anything. Very rude experience. Probably why all the employees are sitting in the lobby. I would not recommend this place as they are rude.

deli flower has gone way down in quality

I have been coming here for several years and the Sonoran roots flower is always lit. Canamo concentrates are top tier as well! I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve gotten until I bought a bunch of AIO vapes and one’s battery was defective and didn’t have a charge and couldn’t be recharged. I brought it back to exchange a couple weeks after purchase and I was told I can’t because it’s been more than 3 days. This is the first time I’ve heard this and am stuck with an AIO that I cannot use. I asked how salvage the resin and they said they don’t know. Clearly unused and completely full. So I’m stuck with it because I should have tried it to make sure it works. All 8 of them apparently. It was never on a receipt for a return policy. They said they always tell their customers, but no one in the lobby heard of that either. I’m a medical patient too. Since I am a loyal customer, I was told then I should not be surprised with the return policy. Again never printed anywhere and never told. Great products (minus defective ones), terrible accountability for poor quality control for AIO batteries. I guess I need to buy another one to exchange the defective one as a work around…

I love love love the people at this location. The people will keep you coming back. Sadly not sure if the director changed but they no longer give deals to their flower customers. Forgetting Sonoran is sold in other dispensaries at better deals. Used to love them now I rarely go not the same program and it sucks.

Staff is not friendly nor helpful. I tried this place a few times. First time was great enough to come back. Second time, I felt like I was doing the women’s job for her. She gave me no recommendations and didn’t seem like she knew anything about the products. I picked from the sheet in hopes that I pick something good. The flower was good so I went back. The man I saw actually knew what he was talking about and gave some great recommendations. He on the other hand was friendly and helpful. But this last time will be my last time. No one greeted me when I went in. Just stood there awkwardly waiting for the staff to finish their private conversation. Saw the same rude women from the time before so I knew how this was going to go. To ask her to do her job showed it was too painful. So again I went back to choosing off of the sheet. She also spoke to me as if I didn’t have money to buy the product. I will not do business here and I will never recommend this place.
