Delivery was delayed by a day due to a large volume of orders but they gave an additional $10 off for the inconvenience. The delivery driver snapped a photo of my ID after I had already submitted it on the app which I thought was weird and I think they should change their procedure for verifying your age.

Was my second time going Andre was who helped me 10/10 service and he was able to get me a beyond great deal highly recommend this location

Jars is my favorite dispensary in Mt Clemens. I love the selection of High CBD Sativa strains and the huge selection of pre rolls. They're CBD isolate products are the best around . I love the DJ SHORT BLUEBERRY and SUPER SILVER HAZE.

This was my first time at a dispensary and I was very impressed by Brian, my Bud-tender. I have a very rare illness that is called Lance Adam’s Syndrome which has been pure hell for years and the Green Piney strains have definitely helped me to get out more and help balance, depression and anxiety. I’m truly grateful for the fact that I am getting results from Gods beautiful plants that have been helping humans for centuries. ☮️🌲🎄🍄

The Dj short genetics are phenomenal. Watermelon Skittles, black widow, chocolope, stardawg, runtz, og kush, island skunk are all great choices!! They have a great selection of sativa edibles and concentrates. Great for people with Good taste! I wish they had more swag, freebies and give aways. That's what I want to see 😜

I came into the store today and had Macaylah as my budtender. She was super nice and very helpful!

I am unable to delete or edit my previous review so I reported it. :( ANYWAY. Jars went above and beyond to make sure my issue with MY BANK was taken care of. Like seriously. It ended up being no fault of Jars or that ATM inside. PNC is the guilty one. But when you’re negative $830 you blame everyone 🥲

I love everything about jars. The staff are incredible, patient, helpful, knowledgeable. My only issue is when I order delivery they charge me recreational prices, not medical prices. They show me on the website I owe a certain amount, but when the driver gets here, it’s more. then I end up having to short the driver of Their tip. I didn’t even get the $10 discount for ordering a day early. Whatever.

Terrible service from slow moving uninterested staff. They don’t see through on discounts or offers. I was a regular shopper spending over $100 every week or 2. I’ll never return, way too many options out there. Skip these clowns.

My budtender Max was awesome, he knew his stuff and helped me alot. I hope he teaches the other budtenders how to have excellent customer service like him.

My visit was great , Dede my bud tender was amazing, very patient with her customers . She was very respectful, she knows a lot about the different strains & she’ll point you to the best strains that you want.

This is my number one go-to dispensery, ive tried every despensery from centerline all the way to 59 and i can say wholeheartedly there is no other that beats the service you'll find here. everyone is very kind and extremely helpful, and insightful. You can tell they care and will try to get you exactly what you're looking for as well as some fire recommendations. Make it your number 1 dispo, too 👍✨️

There was a change to my order because one of the products wasn't available. I would like to have been notified of the change before the driver arrived. I rated the “ atmosphere “ even though I have the product delivered. Otherwise, it wouldn't let me complete the survey.
