We live in Indiana and frequent this jars weekly. They have the greatest staff, they’re knowledgeable, quick, and always friendly. They have a wide range of variety, and the prices are great. They also have a great GM, he’s awesome! 😘

I am missing a cart from my order and I did not get the 50% off for new customers. But overall was a good experience.

I bought their jungle juice concentrates and they are supposed to be five grams, but only one of the jars actually had five grams in it and the rest only had two or three grams in them. This is taking a major hit as I just was shorted about ten grams of concentrates after making a substantial purchase. I now see why their parking lots are empty compared to bloomery and the other dispensaries in the area.

Quality service, quality weed. What else is needed? Jars on 12 is an excellent business.

Budtender Billie was super sharp, knowledgeable, and took the extra steps to get the best of the batches! She shuffled through and went above and beyond to make sure we get the best bang for your buck! Have had plenty of great experiences with a bunch of the bud tenders and appreciate the price/quality so thank you to the owners too! MSO operations and really everything Michigan is worth the travel!

2 weeks ago I had a bad experience here. They swapped out my order for something completely different and was going to send me out the door with it without even asking until I brought it up to them. Fast forward a week later I came to get a few things and had an okay experience. That was 4 days ago. Today I went to pick up an order that I put in yesterday and the same thing my order was switched out and substituted for something completely different without anyone notifying me by email or text or telephone to ask me if it was okay. When I complained I was told it gets busy. I will not be visiting here again completely unacceptable worst dispensary I've ever been to and I've been to many. Whatever management thinks it's okay to replace people's products with completely different items needs to be replaced themselves. Worst experience ever at a dispensary and I've been going to them since Michigan became legal years ago.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I’m a huge cannabis smoker and entrepreneur. I stopped by this place in New Buffalo Michigan to check what all the hype was about. I was very impressed. I walked in the atmosphere was nice. People sitting waiting for orders. I was called back very quickly where I met a very nice young man named Chris I think his last name was Miller if I can remember clearly! This guy I don’t know how he’s a bud tender he knows way to much about cannabis in a good way lol He was very knowledgeable and he greeted me and joked with me and showed me the best options for the price point I was looking for. I grabbed some flower and some concentrates and couldn’t be happier! This guy is very motivated, knowledgeable and kind and respectful and is funny too which I always enjoy since it lightens up the atmosphere! That’s dude I don’t know how info he’s been working there I didn’t ask but it was definitely mind boggling how much he knew about all forms of cannabis. From flower to resin and rosin and carts and even edibles! I could literally deal with this man every time I come in there that’s how professional and knowledgeable he is! Jars keep up the great work with this employee, give that man a raise lol thanks Chris much appreciated and I’ll definitely be back!

I've always had such a great experience with this store so I finally brought a friend excited for her to experience it and it was my worst trip yet. The budtender wasn't very friendly and talked to another customer the ENTIRE time. She wasn't helpful at all but had a great chat with the customer standing next to us. I walked out disappointed that I had hyped the place up only to be let down. My first bad experience but my friends first and only experience. Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to go elsewhere. I will be back but would prefer to not work with the short young lady with bright reddish/orange hair.

Feel like they run out often on certain strains of carts or sometimes have a few more of the lower potency as the ones on the deals. Other than that i would give JARS a 4.9 out of 5. They cover every other base except being able to actually sit there & hang out like a deli. Leaves me completely satisfied after every purchase.

I stopped in for my first time yesterday and I could not have been more thrilled with my experience. My Budtender was Cody and he could not have been more knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel like I was family and he could not have been more passionate about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. While it was my first time in, it will definitely not be my last!

This place is probably my favorite place in New Buffalo. They keep such a great selection and still gives you a sense of exclusivity. The pickup budtender is legit. Great attitude, awesome selection, what more could you want.
