The girl who took care of me was awesome, the wait wasn’t too long. But what’s with the cash only thing? Definitely would have stopped somewhere for cash if I’d known that. Especially with the $3.50 service charge. Kind of irritating. Other dispensaries allow card. Won’t be back just because of this.

Went to this location today. Wanted to use my points. Lady said tbe system was not working. She then ask a man. Who said the server was down. I was told JARS at Metro knows how to fix the points. They supposedly have went to a new point system. Disappointed they didn't even attempt to help me or resolve the situation. They just said come back. I told them I was flying out today. No care at all. I love JARS. Loving in Il. High Profile dispensary is just not a place, I want to go here in Il.

Too busy, no organization. Same line for express and walk-in ..wtf waited half hour to get to counter to get ny order. Who does that, not Jars in El Mirage, they're way better managed and organized, express orders are quick, they have their own line.
