Haven’t been here since H4L and was so excited because I heard great things about this new dispensary. Told them it was my first time And 🦗 , they offered me nothing and didn’t say welcome in . Will be coming back because the tree and live resin are Fire but the service 👎🏽

I don't usually have an issue with this dispensary. I placed an order this morning came in and the price was double than what I ordered. Showed the manager my order and he said he can't do the price I ordered at. It's not my fault You guys put the wrong stuff on Leafly. Super messed up that you didn't just give me it for the price that I ordered it at. I left upset and without the amount of product that I came for. Thanks for nothin

Don’t honor there deals online. Go down the road. Better deals better product. Lost a customer for life! They can’t honor there displayed deals. I will go down the road. This place is trash with trash product.

I’ve been going here for years but won’t be going back now that they switched to Ponderosa. I bought several carts 4 days ago and just noticed one is faulty and completely sticky all over and unusable. I called and both the receptionist and manager (who refused to provide their names) were completely rude about it. Said it was past their 3 day return window and it was my fault for not inspecting all my product for damages even though it’s product I bought to last for weeks. They also were too lazy when I was there to open a new roll of quarters so the receptionist asked to short me my change and keep it as a tip even though I was already going to tip anyway. Then I was told “I did not choose to exercise my free will” when I told him it was ok to not open quarters so that was my fault too. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude all around. What a shame, I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years and won’t be coming back because of these two jerks.

H4L was awesome years ago when they still grew. At one point years ago they would have unique cultivars. Now, it's fancy brands or 3rd party no idea who grew it. Started going downhill when they were bought out. The staff is great and always helpful and friendly. H4L could be great again but they need to start growing again and not every ubiquitous OG under the sun. Their hey day? Think variety, Marley's Cheese, Qrazy Train,, P98 Bubba...

The last two times I have done an order pick up when I go to pick up they give me a completely different price usually $15-$20 difference. They told me that the stuff I picked wasn’t on the deal even though the website says it is.

I asked for help with purchase was then treated very rude by cashiers and manager, when I asked for my money back they didnt give it to me when I asked and then said Im going to put 10 dollars on ur order to help out. Staff is very passive aggresive and treats veterans like dirt when all I ask for was to stop disrespecting me when I asked for my money back

Dispensary was great. Leafly had BOGO offers that were incorrect so be aware.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with this location 3 times. Each time they were so cool! First, I think his name was Brandon... he was totally cool and tried to help me get all the things I wanted for the best buck! 👌 then Christina helped me out when I came back for my 5 carts for 65! Again... 👌 then one of my carts was a flippity floppity floop and so I called which from reviews thought they wouod not answer but to my surprise, the sweet and lovely Jared answered and was more than happy to swap me out for a new one. Reggie helped me out by swapping me and explained how they are always trying to help if something is wrong with a product.. there is not one bad thing about this place. If you need something, ask. Sometimes they are busy but its worth the love from these bud tenders and front desk people!! Thanks guys!
