JARS Cannabis - Riverview

I went in here with a friend because it's not one of my usual dispos and I wanted to see what the vibe was like. I should have left the moment I hit the lobby because I could tell there was loud music (I love music but I like my hearing) but I had no idea that the moment we opened the doors that it would feel like getting hit by a wall of music. It was so loud I couldn't think straight. I wasn't intending to really get much, just wanted to see their stock and use my new member discount on a preroll or two. I changed my mind after entering because the volume was already making my head pound, and was just standing with my friend while they shopped. A budtender decided to engage me and I felt rude for deciding not to get anything and figured maybe it would make the experience go faster while I waited for my friend. That lady kept trying to just throw items onto my order and was pushy. The items she kept trying to add on were not cheap either. I was like "woah woah I didn't come in with that much money I just want a couple midgrade prerolls". She kept at it though and I was so overstimulated I just caved and bought what I managed to compromise on. I regretted buying anything after I left the store but it was so loud I literally couldn't think clearly. I have never been in a business so loud. I could barely even hear the budtender. I expect to holler over music at a club, not a dispensary. The whole experience was awful and I won't be going back. My friend actually APOLOGIZED to me after we left, because they'd only been there once and they said their first visit was nothing like that. The shopping area was actually fairly packed compared to other dispos I've been to, who usually try to limit how many people are in that area at a time. Maybe this is some people's vibes. I am not asking for a zen garden and meditation music, but I'd like my ears not to ring after.

I got a DRIP OIL + Concentrate cart from this store that was stale. The bud tender claims that this product was made and transported from Arizona. What a disappointment that they are sourcing out of state instead of buying locally. Not sure if that’s legal but I’m reporting to the health board and attorney general. The c cell was old and burned me when inhaling. It’s not a safe product, don’t shop here.

I don’t know the young ladies name who attended me today, my little Rastapharian girl who liked my fingerless gloves, she was wonderful. Peace to you guys this season.☮️

The Budtenders At Jars Riverview Are Very un Knowledgeable. ALSO BE AWARE OF THERE PRICES EVERYTIME I GO INSIDE JARS RIVERVIEW THEY SEEM TO MAKE UP THERE OWN PRICES DEPENDING ON WHO IS WORKING! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED In JARS. 😡 I WONT BE BACK.

I pre-ordered from Riverview. Asked about $10 off for pre-order. Manager said it's only for delivery. However the store doesn't offer delivery. Would not match the $10 off that river rouge would. I asked the manager of riverview if he could take the $10 off and he said yes. However he told me he will not with a snobby look on his face. Then asked me to purchase or leave. I told him I have to think about it now and I'm still shopping. He had security escort me out. I usually spend $200 a week at river rouge jars on medicinal purchases. This is the 2nd time I shopped at riverview. First time I met the owner who seemed real cool. To bad your store is only as good as its weakest link. After the way the manager treated me I will never shop at the Riverview store . The manager i dealt with needs to be fired. He has zero customer service skills. My wife wants me to find a new dispensary chain completely. Such a shame since I have been such a loyal customer for years.

Put in an order for delivery, and ignored my contact until finally I got a hold of them but it was too late for them to continue the order. Wasted my time. Skip this place, so unprofessional, and not worth it whatsoever.

Jar's Riverview is my new favorite dispensary the staff is extremely knowledgeable and will give you advice on higher quality products at a lower cost. Also I liked I've never waited more than 6 minutes even with a full lobby
