KUSHAGRAM - Long Beach

Ordered an eight on special-buy one get one for a dollar. Was not obvious to me (and others) that you needed to add two eighths to your cart to get the special. I realized when it arrived and was missing an eight. I should not have accepted the order but assumed they would take care of it for me and I was wrong. Said there was nothing they could do. I have ordered thousands of dollars from them and always leave the driver a good tip. No matter what you’re selling that was horrible customer service. Won’t be ordering from them any more.

If I could give less I would. Horrible experience. First purchase 2 days ago and they can’t even get the prices right so when I go to atm I don’t even pull enough money and no one there is on the same page I think they are using their own products! Haha. Anyway fast forward to today check out time 11 it is 12:19 and they have tried to contact me not once but twice to tell me they are out of stock and if I’d like to switch it out. Now I’m leaving LA late and going to catch a lot of traffic over incompetence and don’t have my weed. I use wm back home weekly never have dealt with anything like this. Please save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else. You’ve been warned politely!

I was sold a used cartridge with a expired ID and temporary papers, but when time came to replace it they wouldn't send out a replacement because my ID was expired and my temporary ID not good enough lol . When I asked manager why I was sold to in the first place then with rhe temporary ID, No helpful answer or remedy just a rude reply to get off the phone asap and not if the situation caused by company. This places customer service is a joke.

Make you go through hoops when they deliver defective products. Trying to make me take a video of how the disposable they delivered doesn't work when trying to draw a hit.
