I've been to quite a few dispensaries in 3 different states and this one ranks in my top 3, gorgeous I tell you.. It's gonna be my #1 because it's 1 hr. 45 minutes from my house. I drove there 06/07/2023/23 and my only regret is not taking the trip to Michigan sooner for my Medicinal Marijuana needs .I moved back to Northwest Indiana a few from out west and I started buying an Illinois. Michigan dank is giving me Denver vibes which speaks volumes Illinois is the polar opposite ,most expensive in the country ,a greed machine driven by not so friendly people. Mission dispensary in Illinois is the absolute worst don't ever go there take my word for it. I'll end on a high note.. lake effect dispensary in portage Michigan is the best.. I grabbed some of the most unique memorable strains I've had in 29 years of smoking bud.=). I could not be happier. my budtender Linnea is the best... all that pain of paying $80 an eighth in Illinois she took away every time she showed me a big two gram nug she was putting in my container. I was grinning ear to ear ...I cannot wait to go back and try a few different strains from GROWN ROUGUE. I'm going to stick with them for now considering the SUPER BOOF ,It's one of the best hybrid I've ever smoked,and the blue Runtz is a way above average indica.. both very memorable from taste , bud structure. , perfect harvest date , awesome business with great employees.

The first time I went was during a 420 event and it was crazy but the bud tenders made sure everyone was helped. I went again today with my bff who was visiting and oh my gosh! Top service, great products, and awesome vibes.

My experience for my first time at Lake affect was great everything I got was wonderful, except for my brand new vape is a dud. I plan on returning it today but other than that the service was phenomenal and my budtender was very intelligent!

This is the experience I decided I wanted to choose a dispensary. I wanted a dispensary where I could build a relationship to establish a "home" dispensary. Lake Effect is that dispensary. The selection of products is the best, the atmosphere there is the best, the facility is in a convenient location and is clean and attractive. Most important to me, however, is the staff and their qualifications. The staff at Lake Effect is top notch. I dealt with Jeremy on today's visit and was very impressed. He answered all of my questions and recommended products that met the needs I expressed. He offered information about several topics of concern to me and he made suggestions based on those concerns. I told him I didn't want to take up a lot of his time and he assured me that the staff is there to serve the customers and is willing to do just that. While I was there I was able to observe other staff members and their interactions with clients/customers. Everything I saw led me to decide this is my home dispensary. Honestly, it is everything I had hoped for. If you are looking for a pleasant experience and an expert staff, look no further than Lake Effect.

Ive been here twice. My first time was inside, counter service but curbside pickup my second. Compared with other dispensaries I've visited in the Kalamazoo/Portage area: L.E. was the most respectable, clean, quality product, and staff were the most patient and kind. I was also really impressed with the design and set up when inside the building. It gave off a very 'intimate science laboratory' vibe My only gripe would be the the check in/ parking process is a little chaotic, confusing~ but this seems to be my experience with most dispensaries in the area- however, I was in and out with my product in less than 4 minutes so I can't really complain.

Should different try losing prices glh is killing it 58 dollars oz out door with 8 choices all way to 117 dollars oz out door 5 dollar carts .lake effect is a great place but really needs to step up there game🤔😏🤔

This Is the first dispensary I went to since the dispensary were for medical patients only! I was very pleased with the whole experience. I was treated with kindness and patience. The products are really good too! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone

The staff is always super helpful. They go above and beyond for their guests. I always stop here when I’m in town.
