Came here to pick up a coldfire cart started well by calling and making sure they had the strain I wanted went home after I picked up to notice the oil was low as if someone had smoked it so I called and asked if I could come back and they agreed by the time I drove back the manager knew what I was talking about then proceeds to try and lie and say all the carts look this way and even contradicts himself when he pulls out another coldfire cart to show me as the oil of the cart should be a certain way but mine was no where near the level of oil he showed me for the other cart he had he could have gave me that one instead proceeds to say all I can do is call coldfire I’ve been here multiple times and never had an experience at a shop make me feel like I was the one at fault making me look dumb and crazy I won’t ever shop at any lb collective and I highly suggest you do the same save your money and go to catalyst they have better deals
