On their door they have their hours listed as 9am to 830pm. Well, I've been waiting in the parking lot for about an hour now, and they've YET to unlock their doors! I've already seen three dudes come up to the door, wait a few minutes, and then get back into their car and drive away. Change your door hours and the hours listed on your site if you're not really open at 9am!

They have a 100% no refund, return, exchange or credit policy. I tried to return products unused sealed in a box. All of their concentrates and cartridges are made from 100% distillate. They are ALL solvent based. Is like inhaling gas with a side of methanol. Really poor quality and lack of selection. The product just made me feel bad and did no sit well. Management isn't willing to help and not returning calls. I'm out $140 and they are out a potentially loyal customer. In their neighborhood there are dispensaries that guarantee your satisfaction and understand its medicine. Won't be going to this dispensary again. Don't belive me? By far the worst weed in Florida. You know that saying, “this ain’t your grandma and grandpas weed..” well think again. Quality is pretty trash for a medical grade dispensary. Very disappointed. What a waste of money

Came here after leaving Trulieve searching for better customer service. They also have daily specials which are cool. BUT the disposable vapes are trash and their delivery system is dysfunctional. If your delivery system is unable to accommodate patient preferred times, then the time should not be readily available to request. It’s a simple concept that’s apparently a hard sell at Liberty. They deliver at whatever time works best for them, but let you think you can choose a time.

I usually shop at this dispensary with no problem. During Covid-19 it’s impossible to buy medication. I’ve been having difficulty setting up an online account and I can never reach anyone to get it fixed. The dispensary is locked and even with a mask and gloves on nobody came to the door. I couldn’t get through the phone lines and it was really frustrating.

Beautiful Building Looks Recently renovated nice and clean..Good Employees friendly and very helpful...Only grabbed flowers and was very disappointed grabbed 2 1/8 Of the ghost OG ..Does not look or taste like dispensary quality medicine

All the bystanders are pleasant and willing to explain all the different types of medical marijuana available. I am very happy finding a place close to home.
