They have the best live concentrates on Bay County and surprisingly priced very well. The Haze brand Live sugar has been 5 star quality every strain I've had. Lemon Pound Cake and Zkittlez Cake are very good. Havent tried the flower here yet so I can't speak on that. Fast, friendly service, this is my go to pla e for good Live concentrates.

Don't buy here!! RIP OFF ALERT. Went to shop specials on Black Friday, received an empty vape package. I called them immediately, and went back the next day. I was told I was lying! Manager said "the video showed me receiving the packages". Yes, and one was empty. She wouldn't make it right. TELL YOUR FRIENDS - DON'T SHOP HERE.

I just bought one of the 510 battery for my vape cartridge and I can't use the charger that came with it. The plug in won't stay in the battery. Why is this happening?

While i love the staff here the flower is super dry, sometimes its good but its a hit or miss. Their dompens are my absolute fave vapes absolutely love their deals on the vapes too!

Liberty is the best dispensary in Panama City. They seem to keep more in stock, their products are good, and their prices really can't be beat. Their flower tends to be a little dry and straw like, which is a bummer, (and cost them that last star, along with lack of concentrates)but at the price point, you can't beat it. They have the best vape prices, and fantastic quality, doesn't make me cough a lung up like some other places. The staff is also great, super helpful, and never makes you feel awkward or dumb or like, "you should know this". LHS turns a chore into a treat.

Liberty is the best place for carts. They have a wide variety and continuously have good sales. Also, best point system out of all the dispensaries ive been too!

This place offers discount for first time customers according to the website on $150 dollar purchase. They didn't honor that discount. We were told the discount doesn't cover purchase of flower. Only other products

Been smoking for years and was living in boston and got to experience the dispensaries there and it was ok, but this was the best dispensary in the world from vegas to boston , aint no where u can get u some straight dour not sour. Ps wont go nowhere else
