Chronic Solutions

This review has nothing to do with the staff but the strange policy change at Chronic solutions in Lynnwood. It seems in order to make a purchase, the cashier must scan a persons drivers license or passport through a computer cash register which is, of course, connected to a network. In my opinion CS only needs to know that I am of legal age and that I have legal tender to pay for it. There would be no need for a recreational marijuana store to know my full name, address, hair color, eye color, height, and race, in order to purchase recreational marijuana . I do not see any disclosure in the store guaranteeing that Chronic solutions security is up to standards and that Chronic solutions will NOT sell my information. This act I believe is data mining and I feel very uncomfortable shopping in that store or any other store, that scans any customer's drivers license or passport and sends it through a network, with no guarantee that the purposes are not for other than data mining. I have decided to no longer shop at chronic solutions and I did not make purchase that day either when given the ultimatum to either allow my personal ID to be scanned into a network for purchasing recreational marijuana or not. The cashier was very polite so this is not a criticism of the staff by no means, but I drove further in order to secure my privacy.

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even know what I like to use to help treat my rheumatoid arthritis.

I've been to dozens of pot shops in the Seattle area (medical and recreational) and this place consistently has the best selection and availability. If you're not picky, you can save a lot of money going with their specials. Most recently I bought the daily special ( a gram of Super Lemon Haze and a 10mg energy shot) for $10. That's cheaper than every recreational shop I've tried and most of the medical dispensaries. Don't let the prices fool you though; the products here are great. The staff is really friendly and knowledgable as well. My bud tender spent 15min showing me glass and and explaining how the different dab rigs work even though I told him I wasn't gonna buy one today.

I give the overall service of the shop a 3/5 but Madison specifically is the best bud tender in the store. Some of the other bud tenders seem to be rushing people in and out. But Madison is the best, he’s very knowledgeable, knows what’s in Stock, polite. The guy is grade A. He is the only reason I really give this a shop a chance.
