At no fault of their own, the laws of prepackaged cannabis have created some underweight packages. The service is great, however. The quality is there. Some of the budtenders have sold me 'wrong' strains. I get anxiety from sativas so I stick with indicas. There have been times that I ask for indicas and they end up selling me sativas. Knowledge of product could be higher.

There are a couple of people who work there who are so great! And I don't have complaints about anyone in particular, but I like to take my time and browse, and I always feel rushed in this store. And I don't browse for very long (less than 15 mins)! Just give me some time to look around until I ask for help or have questions.

It's clean. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. Nice displays. When my oil cartridge did not work that I bought there, they helped me find the solution.

My favorite shop when I'm down South. Everyone was really nice and pricing is always good. Convenient parking too.

Driving to Westport from Seattle and decided to stop here, nice clean store. Ok selection but friendly staff and great environment.

Very nice space. Outgoing staff. No menu. For people that understand what they like and know a more than the average person, menus are key. That's why restaurants have them. Anyway, nice open and brightest space. Good quality growers (same ones as most everywhere else). Typical high west side prices. Too high for me to return regularly. Nice staff.

My favorite rec shop so far. This place carries high quality bud so if you are looking for cheap $10 gram stuff go elsewhere. The workers make you feel welcome and actually know what they are talking about. The place is very clean and open. I also like that it out in the open in a strip mall and not off the beaten path like most rec stores. Happy to see the Martin Way store opening today as it is closer to work for me.

LUCID is a very nice shop, one of the best in WA. They carry high quality product at affordable prices. I always hit them up when they are having their sales.

I think everyone is very nice, very friendly. I like the variety available. definitely helps that it's super close to my house.

If I could leave 0 out of 5 stars, I would have. Offering discounts to ACTIVE DUTY service members? How could a company, in a military community, offer a discount knowing that it could potentially ruin a career? Quite possibly even ruin a family? Yes, the soldier could make a decision as to smoke pot or not, but to promote it, for your business' profit? That disgusts me and hundreds of other residents of Lacey. How appalling. I'm all for veterans using marijuana after they're out of the military. I'm all for recreational and medicinal use, but not for a government employee against federal law. Get real.

THE BEST. I am new to this kind of culture, and the people here welcomed me with warm hospitality and great recommendations. Very knowledgable about their menu. Also, they're not pushy as sales people. They recommend if you ask, but let you browse if you just want to see what's new. Seriously, awesome store.

Best shop in town. Sweet retail setup, plenty of room to breathe, most-excellent budtenders and greeters and wide selection of some of the best the PNW has to offer. Super lucky to call this my neighborhood store.

First time in Washington buying weed. The staff knew their stuff! I bought a gram of Chemwreck, and it was great. I'll be going back next time I'm in the area! Semper Fi!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lucid! We go every week, and spend a great deal of time talking to the staff, getting recommendations and learning about new products and growers. We moved here from Atlanta about 2 years ago, and I can say we've been pleasantly surprised with legal recreational MJ from this location!

This place is great, went there on my 21 mostly becuase I'm not a fan of drinking. Great service and was convenient because it's was down the road from my house.

Lucid gets the best bud in Thurston County. Their prices are NOT out the door [expect to pay extra taxes]. The staff is consistent and knowledgeable. You might even stumble into an unexpected special at Lucid. It's in a stripmall [that's why the atmosphere only gets 4*]

Lucid has excellent products and services. Prices can be higher than some other locations. Lucid does offer discounts if you ask as they are standard for the store. This places the product on par with other locations I have seen. They are professional and help with questions or concerns about anything they sell.

This was my first dispensary and everyone there, some of the customers included, were very friendly and helpful. I was given information on a few different options and they explained in very good detail the effects of each one. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend.

very nice store and people, but prices are really high compared to any other place i've been even for the same product, not enough room to look at the products i feel like it's such a big space but everything is bunched into one area so you can't really look at things unless there is not many people in there..not my favorite
