Love the staff..

If it could be lower it would be. Lindsay, the head of customer service is inept at her job. I pointed out an error in their advertising and Lindsay refused to honor the ad as written. She had an excellent opportunity to turn a negative customer interaction into a positive one but never even tried. I guess she must have not taken Customer Service 101. I've done some research and talked with two previous employees (you may want to consider NDA' s) and their stories are very similar regarding the corporate culture.

There is a worker there, Katie, who always helps me out. Can’t say enough good things.

Our customer service rep, Max, was really great. Very informative and helpful. He is a great ambassador for your brand.
