Zen Leaf - Dayton

Yes I was in Zen Leaf Dayton on July 18th and there was a sale yesterday! I got 2 modified fruit 5.66 for $40 which is a decent deal! Well anyway I go to pick up my order and the receipt says one for $40 and the other $60,So I ask arent these supposed to be on sale,so the bud tender says yes $60 is on sale! No should have been $40 I said ! So I argued with her and they offered me a refund,I didn't wanna refund,just make it rite! Like sayed they just offered a refund,but I needed the product and didn't wanna go through all that ! So I left I will never ever go to Zen Leaf in Dayton ever again!!! Makes me ill that they would make it rite ! O well there are many other dispensary stores here in Dayton,so long Zen Leaf You stink !!

you need better customer service people. 1st visit since changes in program. the csr did not want to hear my simple dissatisfaction with web showing lower price then what they actually charged. i was just saying its unfair and wanted to look at the menu again. she rushed off saying i will get my manager. manager came out giving me a "speech & scolding" for not knowing and at one point said "im not hearing this anymore" as i was trying to look at the tablet. manager said i could not do that...i could cancel & leave and come back. i could not change the order. i have done that before and waited as others have done this. why not this time? i seen lots of new faces and if this is how they are going to treat customers i suggest a different facility. manager said her name was michelle imc manager. i felt very uncomfortable and unsafe this visit.

Today is August 6, 2024 the day Ohio became a recreational state for marijuana sales, a day I thought I’d never get to see. Today was my first visit to a dispensary, it was extremely easy and informative just like I had hoped it would be! Only thing that I didn’t care for was the price is a little steep. Hopefully that’ll go down in the future. Great place!
