I always have a great experience, and have been a loyal customer since they opened. But today I was there to buy a pre-packaged oz. And I asked to smell them, which has never been an issue in the past. I was told no, he then told me I could smell it after I buy it !?!? Definitely didn’t sit well with me. Many times I choose what to buy strictly based on the smell , so being told I couldn’t smell a product kinda rubbed me wrong. If this is the new practice it is a deal breaker for me. There are way too dispensaries that would be happy to pop open the lid to let you have a sniff. I would kind of understand if it had a tamper proof covering on it(I wouldn’t expect them to tear into something like that) but these aren’t anything like that. It was a bummer for sure.

The lady working said I had a deal on my order but I don't think I did. I paid full price for my 3 vapes and when I got another that day, it was only $35. Does that mean if you order the day before you don't get the sale for Sunday? I was very confused.
