I ordered on line and received confirmation in a timely fashion. Upon entering there was only one person waiting. When the waiting room is crowded it take a while. I was called right away so it was a no stress situation. Received my product with an unexpected freebie. A vape pen. Great experience

Staff is knowledgeable and professional, and the place is quite comfortable and relaxing. Wait times can be a little long depending on how busy, but there's plenty of seating.

I tried a pick up order. What a waste. They still make you wait. It makes no sense for a 35 minute wait for a pick up order. You have to wait to check in and wait for the pharmacist. Terrible system. I received today drops that expire 3/31/22 and today is 3/11/22. That’s not good business to do that to customers. I wasn’t planning on opening the drops until I finished the ones I already have open. I will never go back there. Service sucks.

I placed a pickup order, and received a text it was ready to pick up within 30 minutes. Parking can be tricky, but once inside I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very clean and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend
