First time visit I was impressed. I came with one product in mind. Alejandro (Alex) suggested another after a brief conversation with me. I'm so glad he did, a great tip. The entire staff was friendly from the receptionist to the bud tender. Even the security guards didn't look like they were having a bad day as most do.

Placed an order about 2.5 hours from closing through WeedMaps. After not hearing anything for an hour and only seeing my order status as received and this facility will fulfill your order, I called. Only to be told that their receptionist "should have" called to tell me as a first-time buyer I have to order through their website to prepay. Honestly, I would have prepaid if there was an option, but through WeedMaps where I placed my order, there was only Pay in Cash. Upon hearing this I asked if I could pay through the site and still get my order as they had an hour left before closing. I was told NO, delivery ends now. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It wasn't my fault WeedMaps didn't say you can't purchase as a first-time buyer. It wasn't my fault your receptionist didn't call to tell me that I had to pay online and call me in a timely manner so that I could still get my product. No, plain and simple these people didn't want to do a little work. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I love my new dispensary...MMD LB is Everything! The staff is amazing. The process for placing a delivery order is a breeze. The delivery driver, J. Durnell, is also awesome. He is very nice and also prompt. Give them a try today...you won't regret it!
