MÜV - Sarasota - Fruitville

I just did a review on Truelieve’s downtown Bradenton location near the courthouse and 1st and stuff and I had a lot of good stuff to say about you guys compared to them. Everything about this place is nicer. The staff treat you like they truly care and are knowledgeable, and friendly with insanely quick service compared to Trulieve and in my honest opinion sport much better deals.

This was first visit and it was quite impressive. From product selection to staff to product, the entire experience was wonderful. I am leaving Trulieve for Muv.

Right when you walk in you can immediately it is a much more welcoming environment than any other Florida dispensary I had been to previously. As far as variety goes there selection is bountiful to the point that it was almost intimidating but the "budtender" Ryan on top of being welcoming and friendly, was also extremely knowledgeable on their wide variety of products. Also was able to guide me towards products for my particular ailments and was able to guide me towards products that I had been using from other dispensaries in the past. Overall a wonderful experience on all aspects. I will be returning 100%.

Fantastic customer service. Walked in not knowing a thing about this location and was treated like family. In particular, T.J.,was phenomenal. Worked with me and took his time while also making the conversation personable. Walked out with a great deal and a big smile on my face. Thanks again TJ! Made the 1.5hr drive well-worth it.

I was blown away by how helpful their staff was to me. As a first timer I had a lot of questions and they were so nice and accommodating there. I ended up with the G Pen Gio and a Northern Lights pod and a Sour Tsunami pod. I lost it when I tried them. I use Northern Lights to help me sleep and Sour Tsunami during the day to stay active and relieve pain and fight anxiety.

It looks like an Apple Store and it is a very welcoming environment! The Med Tenders are very well educated on their products with excellent service! The best quality products so far!

Wonderful visit today, Extremely patient, helpful, professional young lady, helped me pick another strain, as I don't like the cups, Impressive chill vibe, while taking their time with you. it's great! easy to find nice and secure too. the staff is what really impressed me at this dispensary! my 1st time here and 2nd time to a dispensary ever! (trulieve 1st since i didn't know muv existed!). Ryan, helped me decide and he was solid in his knowledge, manners, compassion, engagement with me and overall ability. He made me feel like i was the only person there, albeit there were many, many other people ! so he made me feel very comfortable asking questions and sharing my anecdotes. all the staff i spoke with nicole as well were beyond helpful. i recommend muv! they won't disappoint!

Like many, I was somewhat curious as well as anxious going into my first dispensary. As soon as I walked in, that immediately changed. The ambiance reminds me of an Apple store; modern, sleek, yet simple. Ryan Callahan was working at the desk and was extremely kind.I mentioned it was my first time so I didn't exactly know what to expect. He made the check-in process quick and easy. I was then greeted by Will, who had superior knowledge of ALL the products available. He made it hard to choose just one! As he went to go check if the item was in stock, I was then greeted by another employee named Terrance. He noticed I was alone and made sure someone was taking care of me. Will notified me the item was in stock, and proceeded to check me out. I was surprised at the quality of the packaging. As I left Terrance and Ryan told me to enjoy my day. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend checking this place out.

Müv is my all time favorite dispensary around swfl, I personally think they have amazing concentrations and they’ve got great customer service and very quick! Every time I’m in and out within 30 mins

Concentrates are AMAZING! Large variety of different strains. Shatter, crumble and terp sauce. Best weekly promotions around. Low wait time and great staff!

This was my first order here. I called my order in and spoke to Maria. She was so patient, informative, and sweet helping me pick what I needed. Because it was an express order, I showed up, showed my card and was in and out in 15 mins.

I would highly recommend Muv dispensaries, in particular the Sarasota location. The service I recieved was optimal by all means. Terrance was excellent! He was able to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I had many with it being my first visit to a dispensary. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I also noticed that the other staff members were all VERY attentive to their clients. The store was sparkling clean and welcoming as well! Great experience all around.

Spent a bunch of money on prerolled. They are crap. Hard to light. Impossible to smoke. Finally broke one open and found out why. It's pure dust inside. This causes the joint to burn badly and run. Basically wasted my money.

Now that I was able to actually taste and vape the Florida I95, it's actually pretty good. I had to unfortunately put it into another pod of which I won't say. But I will say I vaped the 95 just before typing this and it is now working well. Yeah! So for this test the MUV I95 works in a competitor's pod very well, just not their own. Bummer! Well too bad it's such a small amount. It's weird, the inside of the pod literally narrows down.
