MÜV - Lutz

Love MUV. Fair prices, great service, and the absolute best products (& strain variety) out there. I'm actually really surprised they aren't more popular. Never a bad experience.

First visit to MUV. Before today I had only went to Curaleaf, Trulieve and FLUENT. My experience and understanding was minimal even with other dispensary visits. TRENT, at the Lutz location explained everything in great detail. If you are new to Medical MJ or have never been explained in detail, this is your location to go. I was amazed at his knowledge. It may be hard to get in and out of their location but definitely worth the trip.

Well, this is my second time having muv Lutz deliver. I wasn't going to complain about the first delivery not calling and the price quoted was over $20 more. I didnt complain because I received my order and I was going to give them a tip anyway. But now we have our second delivery which I called and checked on at 12:00. Couldn't give me a delivery time but assured me it would be delivered today. Well, I waited and waited again no call again, and so I called and I'm told it wasnt on the schedule for today. Never called me I called 3 times however. Stated it would be tomorrow Would have just picked it up. In fact that is what I should probably do. No communication, no call back no eta now it's going to be tomorrow. Debating on just cancelling the order as the muv team doesn't seem to care anyway.

The customer service is amazing, I spoke to Jennifer who was such an angel. Went beyond for customer care, I'll definitely being going again.
