False Advertising & No Communication Start by saying I have Placed 39 orders at this location since they opened in July of 2023. The level of unprofessionalism they exhibited today is unmatched and I wont be back. Go to Bud and Rita's in Forsyth instead. Placed an order at 2:30 PM today( 2/13/25) and was told it was ready at 3:30 PM. Drove 60 miles round trip — not a single item(of 4) I ordered was in stock. No substitutes at the advertised price. They offered two “similar” items for $10 more. Their explanation: “Someone should have called.” This was a promotion over 50% off, so it felt misleading. Confirming the order as ready without notifying the customer is unacceptable. Wasted time, gas, and trust. Warning: Check inventory before driving. Poor communication and misleading promotions make this a frustrating experience.

As a Veteran and medical patient, its my go to dispensary. They offer great deals, its much closer than S'fld, and most of all my dog and I enjoy their kind and friendly staff!

The worker I think manger is rude wants to get additude and mad cause I ordered something online and didn’t want to match the price they had it for she was like it’s was not on there I put the items are there and know it was not listed I proved and showed her she get shitty and walks away not my fault u have to match what it says this the second time some thing like this happened the other had got a ride out there and paid for the ride for them just to tell me the product was sold out after already getting the email confirmation sucks only place to go close

Always understaffed. Six registers but never more than 2-3 people behind the counter. 30+ min wait in line today.
