The new Manager Lexi is a total buzz kill! She keeps refusing my $5 coupon because it was printed blank... Well another employee at the same store actually vouched for me because she's gotten a few the same way!! So even after I waited forever because they couldn't even find my order ( like it wasn't even on the shelves) she still refuses my coupon! Come on Nature Med it's literally not even a full $5 off at the end. I was a regular but I won't be returning because of Lexi ( glasses and a bun) (and a total rip for the company) I again won't be back .
Check out Sacred Leaf guys they are amazing 🤩. Not this place anymore

I put an order in told me it was ready for pickup. so when I got there they said they couldn't sell it to me because it's not showing up in the computer. he had my order in his hand. the manager had an attitude she was sneezing and I said bless you she just walked right pass me I said it 3 time i believe they don't like BLACKS THAT HAVE MANNERS.
