Nature Med - Independence

Ive been going to independence natures med for about 2 yrs. I usually know what i want when I get there. Wasn't the case this last time. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Dylann was and so sweet as well. Enough that im leaving a review. (Maybe 3rd or 4th review ive ever left in my life) thankyou Dylan

Jacob was very helpful in finding me an alternative product to use that is comparable to the one I have been using. The store is currently out of of the product I normally use/purchase.

Nature med has amazing deals and products, the staff is awesome when it comes to customer service, I would highly recommend to me friends

The new Manager Lexi is a total buzz kill! She keeps refusing my $5 coupon because it was printed blank... Well another employee at the same store actually vouched for me because she's gotten a few the same way!! So even after I waited forever because they couldn't even find my order ( like it wasn't even on the shelves) she still refuses my coupon! Come on Nature Med it's literally not even a full $5 off at the end. I was a regular but I won't be returning because of Lexi ( glasses and a bun) (and a total rip for the company) I again won't be back . Check out Sacred Leaf guys they are amazing 🤩. Not this place anymore

I put an order in told me it was ready for pickup. so when I got there they said they couldn't sell it to me because it's not showing up in the computer. he had my order in his hand. the manager had an attitude she was sneezing and I said bless you she just walked right pass me I said it 3 time i believe they don't like BLACKS THAT HAVE MANNERS.

Jacob waited on me & was very helpful; patiently explaining a lotta details that really aren't yet made well available to the public in this overall business.

They have by far the best specials on carts. Jesse was amazing. I was kinda shopping and curious. Dude answered my questions and never got impatient. Awesome place.

I had a very good time going into this store. The staff was knowledgable, helpful and had a genuine passion for health and well being. They worked with my budget and knew exactly the kind of medicine I was looking for. I will be back again.

I’ve been putting off getting my card for awhile now. But. Their staff alone, plus their products and atmosphere are great. This was my first dispensary experience and they made it even more enjoyable than expected. Keep up the great work and I’ll be seeing you guys soon 🔜

I really love the independence location they're very knowledgeable and if you have certain needs they definitely try to help you in any way they can to find what you need and they always keep their stock fresh

Nature Med Independence is my favorite dispensary around by far. Not only is there always a TON of selection, but the people there are so welcoming, kind & knowledgeable. There is a specific bud tender that has been especially helpful & that is Chaka. She has amazing energy! I will definitely keep coming back!
