I have been coming here since I moved here in Oct. from another state. The quality of service has declined. I have placed orders online 4 times now. Twice I went to pick my order up and was informed at the counter they didn't have everything I asked for. I understand there will be days when you run out of inventory. I work in retail. But DONT text a customer and tell them their order is complete and ready for pick up. Tell the customer about the shortage up front. Budtender suggested a substitute. "Golden Panda". This stuff is dryer than a popcorn fart. "Some of the best stuff we got". 14.4% thc and that's "Some of the best"? Plus they don't honor out of state medical cards as Washington state allows. Do any dispensaries in Tacoma honor out of state cards?
One incident with a slender man covered with tattoos being unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful to a women was enough to compel me to write a review on every platform available. For years I have recommended this shop because they have/had knowledgeable friendly staff. This young man was so out of line he should re-evaluate his choice to work around people. I hope the other employees affect his attitude and he does not infect them. Thank you to all of the others over the years you have made it a wonderful place to shop and recommend. In a world where there are so many shops rudeness... outright shocking rudeness( for nothing)... Really matters.. and over time, it will reflect the actions displayed by one foul attitude with the diminishing of customers.
Use to love coming here but I think if a place says they close at midnight they should stay open until midnight. Not turn me away at 11:55. Would have taken me less than 2 minutes to grab what I nesses but nope they turned me away at 11:55 and there wasn't anyone other customers. I'm pissed. This has NEVER happened at Zips. If you want to close at 11:55 say that then
