I work in that area so on my way home on day I stopped in. I was very pleasantly surprised it was a nice to see, you always don't get the chance to walk around and look at things or ask any questions. I will be back

I have had to learn alot into the terps of strains, due to my medical condition. I cannot have more then 1 percent of Limonene or Pinene in any wax that I purchase only equally balanced with Myrcene or Linalool. I have spent alot of money with this dispo since it has opened and really enjoyed going here. This last trip was a 0/10 experience. I use Medical Marijuana for medical use. It's my medicine , and when a box says Indica and the terps say otherwise by having 3+% limomene and 2+%Pinene and only 0.5 Mercyene and then alot of caryophellne. That to me reads very Sativa, not even really sativa leaning hybrid , just straight sativa. I called the very nice lady on the front desk and asked if it was OK for me to exchange the product as it was mislabeled indica but certainly was not. She said yes. I get in the back and the bud tender I usually always have is right away concerned and wanted to help, but the manager came and told him he would handle it and basically talked down to me for 15 minutes straight. When coming into the dispo I was told this was totally fine and they were sorry they sold me mislabeled product. But no. With the manager he says I needed to know what I was buying (even though there was no terp info on the site , just said indica). I told him all of my problems, IE: seizures , panic attacks , shakes and much more when I have too much limomene and or pinene in a strain and that the box was mislabeled indica. He be littled myself and put of two grams he credited me for one and gave me a choice of another strain but it was a hassle to do so and also just sick of this being my medicine and I kinda know what I'm talking about and the man just looked down on me. I spent 150$+ just today. And myself and my boyfriend were going sometimes 2x a week. We will be going back to HFL even though it's a few miles longer away, I've never been treated with such dis respect.

I just want to say that Nirvana is the only dispo I visit because I love it so much! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a smile from someone behind the front desk and the same thing once you go in the back. I’m always in and out very quickly which is a very big plus. Every single worker is always ready to help and answer any questions you have. Thank you all for your hard work and great personalities!
