I was SUPER EXCITED to have a new Dispensery in the town of Cottonwood when Nirvana opened up. I thought it was time Harvest had some competition. Well, unlike Cobain's band, this Nirvana sucks. You REALLY have to be wary when placing online orders, because the employees have a talent for NOT giving you what you ordered. They've done it to me twice now. I ordered some Stiizy "All-In-One" tape products online. When I got to the Dispensery, the order was already bagged up. That should have been a red flag. I got home, and the "All-In-Ones" turned out to be just the cartridges. I had to go buy a $30 battery just to use my products. Nirvana will also advertise certain flower, but will send you out with lower quality product than advertised. And I'm not the first person that this has happened to. Do yourself a favor and go to Harvest. At least you won't get ripped off.

I like this shop quite a bit! Budtender Alison was excellent. She was very patient and sweet. I will be back. A+

I will say this is my 3rd visit and the first 2 times I went they where just average visits, second visit cartridge quit on me half way threw but still both times in and out pretty quick, but this last visit was exceptional, the young lady that helped me (I wish I got her name) was very nice and outgoing, the product was awesome and on sale. This visit made up for the first 2 visits I will be back, Thanks, also the young lady that helped me worked the morning shift

ALLISON IS THE GREATEST! Truly knowledgeable and always friendly! Efficient and never loses her cool. Always with a smile when I come in... the staff here is the best! Retail is hard and these guys are awesome!

I only smoke jeeter prerolls. Thank God for this new Nirvana opening up in the northern part of Arizona. I am over in Prescott Valley. I buy jeeters every other day and was told that I cannot get anything exchanged when I bought three 2gram pre-rolls and two of them were snapped at the filter line. Kind of hard to fix. So $120 of nothing. Going to this Nirvana in Cottonwood, it gives me a choices selection and they are extremely nice. I love it... Absolutely love it!!

Great products for low prices

Good time to arrive in the morning is slightly before 10am. Shift change is around 1pm. So great to see bright minds in the early day and thats what you have at nirvana. I can always expect a friendly visit and great attitude and this staff deserves it. Should be a tip bucket for the security guard. Great atmosphere and if there is a line they have a few nice chairs. I was asking questions over time and i found a staff member that has puffed straight diamonds (concentrated form not sure of purity). So considering all my nosy self, this place is walking distance to me and is often a place i start my free days. Staff once again are all walks and walking when it is up to cannabis and they surely would like to help. Three people whom are currently working these shifts in the morning are mostly females when i go, usually the management i believe is doing other work than bud tending however they too are very bright in the morning. If you get a day and can wake up and be out the door by 9am when you get there expect a good chance you will actually have a little time to talk cannabis so your needs are being met.
