False advertising is a crime. 4 times in 4 months I've dealt with either false advertising or fake coupons they don't honor. Plus their bud is trash, dry taste like crap and is moldy. Management sucks and doesn't care about LOYAL customers. Only good thing is their workers who i will miss. I come in every day sometimes 2 times I know so many people. They will never see me again False advertising is a crime

I had liz tonight on the phone she spent a ton of time going over products with me and even told me about some I wouldn't have thought to use love her upbeat attitude and the fact that she just wanted me to get what I needed or what was going to help me. She even went over deals and how I can get the most of the daily limit 1 ounce. Liz told me about her favorite "pot heads" who will help me when I come into the store and even told me about a new place to get my Medical card if I was interested. I would say if you plan to go here call up and talk to Liz before you will have a better laid out game plan with lots of information and understanding of what would work on your stuff.

Favorite dispensary in the area. Megan (the receptionist) is a really sweet calming presence but she always matches my enthusiasm on my way in; she also has great suggestions - although given we seem to have similar tastes, I might be biased. I honestly love all the staff, they’re all really helpful & patient. As the first point of contact though, they couldn’t do better than they already have. If you see this Megan, Charle says hey & keep up the great work!

This is my favorite dispensary. Seriously, I travel an hour because the quality, variety and pricing is unmatched. Most of the budtenders are super helpful and knowledgeable and even if they don’t know everything they are still very nice or will ask another tender to assist. I’ve been quite a few times without setting up my loyalty/rewards card and Jorge and Zach hooked me up. Got it all set up for me and used a discount for my lost points saving me some serious cash. 10/10 would recommend and have lol

Dawn has been my budtender the last few times in med and I am always happy to have her she is always super honest when you ask her about flower choices and I like that specially when picking out flower she always chats it up making sure to ask specific questions about what I am looking for and then ask how my day is going and just laugh it up she is always smiling and professional

This has been my favorite dispensary and grower since it opened. Consistent premium quality bud at great prices, a menu I can understand (seriously the best in store around), fantastic selection and truly the happiest and most knowledgeable staff. Nathan M. is friendly, informed and efficient, his smile alone is enough to want to come back for.

Dawn D was very helpful and polite. She remembered me from my last visits and was right on top of getting my online order before i even had to say my name cuz she remembered i usually am in a rush which meant alot. She even remembered i had dogs and asked how they were doing which also meant alot cuz it shows she cares about me/ the customer. The building itself is a very calm and chill atmosphere. I like this dispensary and the staff and will always come here over anywhere else.

This is my go-to dispensary & Steven is my go-to budtender. He’s so knowledgeable that he just asked me what I’m partial to & helped me select my order from there. I am always satisfied with my purchase, in part thanks to the awesome selection at Northeast, & mostly thanks to Steven’s expertise. Don’t go to Nature’s- they overcharge. Don’t go to Cosmo- it’s a hit or miss & the hits are usually one hit wonders. Northeast covers all the bases.

I was lucky enough to have Brett help me out this past time I came in. I didn’t know what I wanted and Brett was able to pick a couple different carts to cover all my bases. It was a quick transaction and Brett was friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone ALWAYS goes above and beyond to genuinely help you select and help you understand what you're selections might yield. But a HUGE Shout Out to EVERYONE in the Customer service CHAT department. They been Invaluable! From checking on the Live inventory and VIP Drops, right before I take "The Big Drive" from out of state. To straightening out and piecing together my VIP Bonus points and consolidating my accounts into one account...Reclaiming almost 800 bonus points I'd thought were lost in the wind. You heard it right! Customer Service Chat did that for me...BTW, thank you again! The only thing I don't like, but Northeast Alternatives doesn't control, is the non-acceptance of legitimate medical marijuana patients with valid, up to date, ID's/Credentials from other states. In which case, The Commonwealth isn't being fair in this case, as my State accepts Medical Marijuana licenses/identification from any State. In My case, I really don't care about the surcharges, but the options, selection and the higher allowances would make a big difference in the way I buy the medicine I Need! All in All... Great Job guys, Keep up the good work and I'll keep spreading the word.
