On the internet I order what I wanted drove a long way to get there endless told those prices weren't true I will never go back

NO GOOD! Not even worth 1 star lol People were nice but most terrible bud I’ve ever gotten from a dispensary in my life and it wasn’t even a cheap 8th. Can’t imagine what the cheaper stuff is like. Never again

A great store, and from what I can see, an industry-changing retail plan that is music to eyes of us serious pot customers. Lowest prices I've seen and great sales, varieties. I bought an ounce of ground flower(21%), for $69 to use as bulk filler on larger joints now that I'm used King Palm slim tubes - which Nova uses in its own Southie Adams brand. That alone(the King Palm slims) changed the whole way I smoke and upgraded just the smoking experience, incredibly. This is a new industry, and nobody is perfect. When I went in the other day to get my cartridge, pre-ordered, it was gone. They quickly substituted a more expensive one for the same price. I see some complaints here, and I'm sure they're legitimate. But overall, I have to say this one of the best retail operations I've ever seen, and my friends say the same thing. I went there Saturday afternoon, new years weekend. I was afraid it would be packed with a line out the door. Nope. A little longer line inside, 8 or 9 people, but as always, processed quickly and efficiently. They even manage the parking lot well. The active TV screens going all the time with all kinds cool things going on is real nice, as is the whole decor and theme inside. It's not your standard bare bones pot shop. They're also really lucky to have hard working people like Dari, Connor, and Chanlid, working there. I went up to the friendly greeter at the door one time and said "Hi - I'm the state dumpster inspector...". We both laughed.

Multiple times I've gone to this location having pre-ordered something to find that it's been "sold out". Their system is just for the convenience of having customers order before they get to the tenders kiosk. They don't actively monitor inventory. It's literally happened to me multiple times at this one place and never at any other dispensary I've been to to date! I will be def taking a break from visiting Nova Farms for the foreseeable future. No more water trips. About as reliable as buying from someone on a street corner.

Been here a few times, love the atmosphere. Picked up some good indica prerolls to check out some new strains to help me chill.

Came here tonight for the first time. One of the vape carts I bought doesn't work right out of the box. So that's a bit frustrating that everything is final sale but of course I understand why that is. Brand of cart is The Lab. Other than that...there's plenty of parking, the building is easy to find, and the employees are friendly and efficient.

It was perfect. I was in a bind as I left my Coast sleep gummies at home and was 45 minutes from home staying at my son's place. It is hard to find the right sleep gummies. For me the Coast Pomegranate/Cranberry with a 1-1-1 ration of THC/CBD and CBN is great to help me get to sleep with no hangover the next day and no crazy dreams. I was pleased to find, through Leafly, a new product that had the same 1-1-1 ratio mentioned earlier plus melatonin. The Mixed Berry Zonked Gummies is what I bought. The price was in the same range as the Coast 1-1-1 gummies I use. I pre-ordered, followed google maps for 25 minutes and got there. The staff that checked me in were great, friendly and efficient. My pre-order was ready and I used my Debit Card to pay. Was in the store for 5-8 minutes. Nice layout. Great looking product diversity and nice people. Easy parking. Just took the Zonked gummies so too early to tell if they meet my standards. Will let you know!

Ghost train haze it's written from nova farm but it's not it's from mayflower dispensary theres honesty no good very suspicious.

I have only been there once and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no wait time and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. Now as far as the product itself I purchased one ounce it was pre-ground which I don't really mind because I grind the product anyway before using it. The reason I gave it a low rating on quality was I found small stems totaling about a gram, but for the price of about $85 tax included I will be going back in fact I'm going back today to pick another ounce of the same thing which I feel is well worth the money. I haven't seen that price anywhere else in town yet so I just think of it as getting 27 grams for $85.00 and that's definitely not a bad price.

This place in my opinion is 10/10 convince me otherwise.

Corporate cannabis at its finest, Overpriced and underwhelming. The staff were nice.

This is my second favorite dispensary . This place has a good selection and most importantly it has the most affordable selection . When finances get tight , I always head over to nova because I know I can find an affordable 8th of some tasty flower . The place is small compared to other dispensary’s , but that’s not important . Their friendly , knowledgeable staff and pricing is all that matters .
