Truly highly unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and to make it worse - it’s mostly to elderly people. Some guy working here at the register is the reason this place will lose money. Nobody wears name tags so you don’t know who’s giving you some of the worst service of your life. The guy should to be fired & knocked out for picking and giving elderly people such a hard time. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could.

Those who visit here are guaranteed to walk out satisfied! Registers close at 10 so be sure to make it before then to benefit from the amazing sells!!!!! Always on a sell always got a deal. Buds always nice and fresh!!

Owners Digan Patel & Urvesh Patel are liars! I’ve worked there for months without pay. They don’t smoke or use thc items just say whatever needed to get a sale. Lies abt items on menu such as calling things RSO or Resin/Rosin when there are not. Often lies about the numbers on products as well. When they acts like it’s an honest mistake know you are the 20th person who told them. Now Digan, He’s mistreated his employees no breaks(once worked 18 hours no break), no water. Even forcing me to lie to cops for him! I’d rather support an MSO than this liar/thief. P.S dont let this guy lie to you about this review, I have almost a years worth a proof behind me with legal action following.

Nice place but 2nd time I left with THC-A not THC if I want THC-A I will go to my local gas station isn’t the whole point of legalization to know what your buying

For the person sharing about Northeast Alternative... It is in Bedford MA!! 4 hours away from Ohm Theory in Elmwood Park, NJ. Why would I spend $70 on Gas and $40 on tolls to save $15? Not to mention 8 plus hours of driving. Why would I do that when Ohm Theory has competitive prices and great deals; a super easy location; a mellow atmosphere; super kind staff and as much variety as any other dispensary? I also did not wait in line for one second. But yeah...this place sucks and we should go to Bedford, MA. Seriously though... Make your own decision by going here. If you aren't happy, that's cool, but I kind of doubt that it will go down like that.

This place sucks. Bugs & mold in the bud & super expensive. Digan the owner is hella racist & overall doesn’t care about customers. Wish I could give this place a zero.
