I have been going to this place for 3.5 years suffered through a lot of bull💩it, mistakes and just general neglect to customers. Blaming everyone they can while still advertising a loyalty program and product that simply is just a mirage to get you in! Followed them to the new store on California Ave but I will not be shopping there anymore, as they again are baiting and switching, sending out an email I was to get 20%off of every purchase for my loyalty since March 1st when they supposed to change to a better system went to effect. They bait and switch you constantly again like they did on the old system and inventory is always off they try and sell you something they then want to get rid of! Employees are constantly put in a position where a manager or owner needs to step in and they are very absent almost neglectful and there is never management to talk to at the store. Telling me the corporate office in Redmond will tell me the same thing and won't do anything. Avoid AVOID avoid them. Down the street may be a little more money but there is no upsell and no excuses! Will be filling complaints with WA Attorney General and BBB and anyone else who will hear it. This is a sham and I am embarrassed to have spent any money with this group. Too bad too the employees who are all very nice I have dealt with have such conditions.
