OTC Dispensary & Lounge

Gotten a little pricey and the products aren’t always in the best shape (gotta doctor it up a bit) but overall I like them. Some of the budtenders are more knowledgeable than others so you gotta find your person

This place has been undeniably the best. I drive approximately 40 - 50 miles just to come here. Their prices beat the ones in my local area, a large selection of products, and their staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. They're non-judgmental and exceptionally accommodating. I stay in the lounge for up to hours at a time. The atmosphere is really chill and respectful. They also provide trays, lighters, grinders, ash trays, etc. in their lounge area so you can enjoy yourself. This is my home away from home. :)

BAIT and SWITCH… I’ve been a loyal customer to off the charts for over a year, both locations. Consistently, not only do they choose to not add the tax in to your purchase online to surprise you with a completely different total at the store, their online weekend deals will say “lime edibles BOGO” and when you show up you find out it’s just the gummies and not their syrup. Is the syrup not edible? And that’s just one example with one brand they do this constantly with Alien Labs and Connected also, advertise a price online, you drive all the way there to find out it’s just *select* alien/connected prerolls. Also the deal often varies by which budtender you get because they are NEVER on the same page.
