Love this place

I called and asked about new patient deals. They said they would either put in an edible or preroll. I chose edible. They said on the phone they would put it in right when it comes through. I said I would put the order in the next minute (i did) and of course there was no edible when it arrived.
Was gonna let it go but they asked how they did in an automated follow up message. No one even bothered to reach out so now I'm here.
