I’ll start by saying I did not place an order online. This review is based on a walk-in experience to try and grab a couple pre-rolls and pay with a debit card. First off, they have you walk up stairs to a separate room to place your order on an iPad, then walk back to the room you entered to pick up your order… why LOL? I was then asked if I was paying cash and because I wanted to pay with a debit card I needed to sign up for their rewards program… again, why? I knew what I wanted when I walked in. Why can’t you walk up to the counter to order from a bud tender and swipe your card? Because the experience was so silly, I canceled my order and walked out. I will not be back.

Excellent product selection, excellent customer service!

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.
