I’m really bummed it has my #1 favorite weed store has changed. They used to have knowledgeable budtenders who actually talked to you about their products and help you find what you need. (I’m an in/out kind of person - just want to find what I need and be in my way). My last 2 experiences (during COVID quarantine):
1) phone order - asked for pesticide free flower and gave them a price threshold. I let them to select for me and I drove in for curbside pickup. Once home, I checked labels and 3 out of 4 packs had pesticides. I thought - hey I’ll let this slide because I wanted to be flexible.
2) I called in with similar request - after a couple minutes on the phone trying to select just ONE option of pesticide free flower (1 oz), the salesperson says hey it’s getting busy here you’ll have to call back later. Tells me to check their website. But the website has NO real info or descriptions of the weed they sell. And no pesticide info. So how do I find out about the product if no one will talk on the phone?
Honestly even before the Quar, they were rushing people, trying to up sell constantly, and are no longer friendly. If you don’t want top shelf they have no time for you. The budtenders are just cashiers now. I have been loyal to P&L even though they are more expensive than a lot of stores because of service and wanting to shop local. Service is no longer a priority for them, so I’ll stop recommending them and just shop elsewhere. Plenty of shops to choose from out there.
