I LOVE this dispensary. Not only do they have amazing deals on the weekend they have amazing product period. I've tried other dispensaries locally and this one is definitely my favorite. I have really bad anxiety and I don't get anxious going in here at all. it's very relaxed and I don't feel rushed at all. The staff is very knowledgeable about which products to use and not use with anxiety. I just all around LOVE it. Thanks for being here.

Great customer service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price. 10/10

They offered 25 % off your entire first order. So I ordered a good amount. They then told me that I couldn't get 25 % off because some of me items were on sale. My concentrate was upside down in the box and had leaked out. Lesson learned. They promised to change the wording but still did not honor as advertised. I received some money off. Not good business.

Let's face it; dispensaries in Pottawatomie County have overrun us. It's now pretty easy to find one that fits your individual needs. In my opinion, the Pharm+House in Shawnee has gone above and beyond the typical “pot shop” standards to keep me and my business returning. They indeed sell ordinary products (dab, oil, shatter, bongs, papers, etc.), like all of the other dispensaries do, as well as you can assume, but the bud they are selling is a premium crop. I typically prefer the flower products when I buy and have found that theirs are farmed by the very same people who are selling them. While they don't carry a lengthy laundry list of freshly cultivated flower strains, you can be sure that the few available bud strains are not old, dry shake remnants (unless they give full disclosure and adjust the price accordingly.) Speaking of costs, I would argue that the Pharm+House flower prices are much more competitive than their peers’ when taking quality into account. During the crazy pandemic peak, those dedicated staff members went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with their service and honestly wanted my return business. Some of the staff actually remember my name even though I only visit about once a month. That kind of personal service has and will keep me coming back.
