I have been to this dispensary on numerous occasions. Every time is better then the time before. I've also noticed the quality and variety has gone from very good to exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. ONLY bad thing is parking on street in front of meters.

Daniel is my main source of information at the Bronx location. His knowledge is encyclopedic, his demeanor is professional and his suggestions are always right on. Thanks a lot Daniel.

The quality is as good as it can be. The medical program in NY is pretty awful in that there is an extremely limited selection and the products that are available are either hit or miss, but the dispensaries don’t decide what products they sell — the state does. I visited Verilife this past week in particular to get the Inhale Pharmacann Matter Flower, which, on Leafly, they advertise is available for purchase. It was really my sole purpose of making the hour drive to try this place out, as my regular dispo doesn’t have it yet. Long story short, my order went through and I arrived to wait a considerable amount of time before being told the Matter Flower was out of stock. I kindly opted for the Curaleaf flower (which is available at my regular place — I just personally heavily prefer the Matter products over the Curaleaf). Then, the nightmare really began. I had to wait nearly an hour just to be rung up. During the process, I had to remind the employee who was ringing me up (who was very nice & talkative, don’t get me wrong) that I get a 15% off discount as a first-time customer. Then this employee struggled for nearly an hour, claiming my medical card # was not being cleared by the state ?? Several other employees had to come and help and I was so desperate to get out of there. I threatened to cancel the order in spite of everything but a supervisor said that he would give me a discount for having to wait and I didn’t want to leave empty-handed after the whole ordeal, so I stuck it out until they were finally able to figure out how to ring me up. Then, the supervisor thought he could get away with giving me just the 15% first-customer discount. I was all like, “No” “I get two discounts. One for being a first-time customer and another for having to wait.” and they were all “You’re right”. They gave me a 20% off discount. Will not be returning, and I look forward to the expansion of cannabis in NY.

Unbelievable! They are discriminatory to disabled patients. I cannot physically get to the Bronx. They will turn away your caregiver if you are a first time patient who hasn’t visited. The lack of empathy is loud. This is suppose to be a medical facility and yet they ignore the disabled.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bronx location, the young lady working the inside counter was very very knowledgeable and helpful for my needs, her name is Jada and I appreciate her service she went above and beyond with her knowledge thank you

The workers are always kind and helpful. This dispensary has a great deal of items to choose from. Unfortunately, med is still very expensive in NY, yet this dispensary has much better sales than any other dispo in NYC/ Westchester. About two weeks ago vapes were 2/$15, eighths were 3/$50. I always check when they have sales and come then.

 This is the first Medical Marijuana Dispensary that I ever stepped foot in, in New York; the dispensary that my world renown doctor recommended, and I know why.  It's hard to beat the quality of the products coming from these geniuses. At Verilife, I know that I'm getting medicine of the highest quality; the history of the lines of genetics that Verilife deals with speaks for itself. Additionally, their staff is just so knowledgeable and friendly too; I haven't had a question that they couldn't thoroughly answer for me. The potency of their medicine is consistent, and the taste of their Matter line distillate vapes is extra clean; I have a very sensitive palate, and when I say extra clean, I mean I can really taste the difference in the purity of their Vape Cartridges, versus the taste and quality of some of those crappy cartridge manufacturers out there. There is this weird, not so pleasant aftertaste that I've gotten from cheaply made/less refined vape cartridges out there. I've never been disappointed, and at times, I've even been amazed at the medicine I've received from Verilife (Bronx); the stuff is just that good. Their medicine always packs a punch, and always takes away my pain. This dispensary is definitely in my top two.

was met at the door by their staff and security didn't feel pressed or out of my element I felt comfortable an the wait time was a breeze. .. showed my ID an mjid an the ball was rolling an out the door wit 2 of the best strains I had in a while. ..

Been here a few times and close to home. Dispo has what I need. Always been treated well. No issues, on last visit Jefferey helped me out. Great convo we had, sorry it got cut short! There are only 2 dispo’s in NYC I go to and this is one of them.

Very nice staff, very understanding; not my first rodeo with weed, but my first w medical at least. Super simple, easy process. I’m sure they guide you through the process but I just was placing an order for pickup. There’s a 15% off for your first order which cut my cost down by $50 so be sure to ask about that. Cash only. Super nice people. A bit secluded area, but nice. Would definitely recommend!

There’s miscommunication between this store and the App. I got stood up after setting a delivery for a deal that apparently was a mistake. They left me waiting for a whole day knowing they wouldn’t honor it. The manager Tanisha at the Bronx location was not of any help. Very disappointed by the way I was treated.

The staff has been amazing since I started. I’m so grateful that this service exists and the results are excellent. The medicine that I receive has helped tremendously in battle against cancer. 🙏🏽

The service is good but the carts clog way too easily, and they only sell that one brand. Half the time I'm not even able to finish the cart because of how badly its clogged. Curaleaf carts are much better they literally never get clogged whereas every single time Ive bought one of the matter carts its gotten so badly clogged I can no longer use the cartridge. Plus, every time I use these carts ub my ccell palm battery, the METAL tip gets so hot it burns my lips. very poor design. That's what we pay $75 for?

Being my first time in despenary it was nice place services was good and fast. Got in took few mins to take my info. Then got what I can for and was finished. As a first timer got discount and was out pretty good if I say so can't wait to go back
