I used to love coming in to Pharmkent. Now you don't carry half the product. And you took the tip away from your workers. They're all nice, they all knew what they were doing. And it's a nice, cozy feeling to come into. But now you made it all cold and sterile.

I was really disappointed that all my points disappeared when they went to a new system of loyalty points. I lost a lot of $. No warning. 😞
Very disappointed! They try to pull some shady deal when you ask to use your points. Their point system is horrible!
Bud tenders don’t know products and make bad recommendations. They have routinely messed up my orders to include what they charge me. Manager is highly unprofessional and does not respond to customer service issues which are supposed to be elevated. Go to NCW and enjoy a better experience.
What is up with the seeds? In the beginning of the M/C, there were never seeds. Now, not only the seeds, but the lower THC. I don't feel it's the stores fault, but rather other supplier. However, you, the store is our voice. Street weed is becoming a better choice. Could you please explain, why the change in quality?
I have yet to shop in person so I can only comment on my experience online and for curbside. Using Medical Marijuana comes with a pretty steep learning curve. After all, no one knows your body or how it will react but also, the culture of Medicinals and all of the products constantly changing makes it hard for a newcomer to navigate. It can be really overwhelming, and quite honestly I am on a steep budget because my primary income is not an option during the quarantine. I was able to chat with someone online within a few minutes of just messaging. I quickly got all of my questions answered, I purchased two new products to try and I got a free pre-rolled; all at a percentage off for my patience. I got what I needed quickly, I have access to information and knowledge easy and curbside pick up was super duper easy. I am super excited to try the new products and was super giddy to smell the pre-wrapped friend as soon as I got it in my car. I will be back!
I love this place and all its staff. Best prices around for flower. The staff is great and are nice. Not that weird too nice. just genuinely nice.
If give 5 starts across, but I do have a few issues. Bad stuff first... 1. Delivery service (need one) 2. Cannot order online unless it's during business hours, cannot place order for next day.. 3. Selection= Airopro and Evermore cartridges always seem out of stock. Even when in stock, it's limited selection. 4. On-line hard to navigate, stock not in correct categories, pictures not available. Missing alot of info for the products. Ok the good stuff.... The people at the facility are top notch. Service from them has always been friendly, informational, and always helpful and my 3 quality star rating should have no reflection upon them.

I will share the online pre-ordering with our leafly team to see if there is a option that alleviates that. We do also hold orders for 24 hours, so you can place your order during today's business hours and respond to the automated text message that you will pick up tomorrow. I know this is not a perfect solution, but it is an option in the meantime.
In terms of the airopro and evermore selection, we will share this with our inventory staff & vendors. We do know supply even from the vendor's end can be limited and our staff fights for as much variety as possible.
We are working everyday to offer better descriptions and photographs on these items listed on our online menu. We are currently in conversation with both our point of sales team & the leafly team to find the best way to integrate both systems. Recently purchased an eighth of cultural lemon G _Chem de la chem high was great but I got about 15 seeds not the shopFault but 15 seeds out of an eighth that kind of sucksEspecially at $60 an eighth
I LOVE this place! I’ve been a steady customer since I got my card. Which was in October. I just want everyone to know how wonderful the people there are. They’re so sweet, professional, and accommodating.
I am a founder of PharmKent & I love the place! :) There is now & always has had great groups of young knowledgable peeps, I just love them all! I moved to NE a year ago, but when I'm in Elkton my Jeep just turns into the lot, lol! Keep up the great work!

I will be a customer for life. Everyone who works there is amazing. I appreciate how kind and friendly everyone was. They are extremely knowledgeable. Going inside I thought I had died and went to heaven. Can’t wait to go there again and see how everyone is doing. They are the best.
