Pincanna - East Lansing

Nice shop with good staff. Short sighted business practices that are deceptive and unfair, but again, a nice shop. For service, they seem to have it together until they don’t and then it fails spectacularly. I was once forgotten in their lobby as they just assumed I was waiting for a pickup order or something. Another time, I attempted to utilize their reward system and was essentially given the flight equivalent of a black-out day. “Oh yeah you can’t use your points for that because we don’t have the margin” I have an unfortunate habit and have spent $2,500 over the last three and half months at the shop. Seems like they could’ve found a way to let me use my points instead of telling me that their margin is what prevented the use. Pretty dumb way to flip a loyal customer, eh?

My Budtender on the med side was Bailey. They were so helpful and so kind to me. Picked out everything I wanted and the product was perfect and great. Knew what I needed from my feedback. Left a tip and wanted to leave a personalised review for my Budtender this morning. Thank you for our wonderful conversation and wonderful service. Bailey deserves a raise.

I have been a regular customer of this place for some time. The last time, the cannabis was clearly harvested early, with evidence of many clear trichomes. I purchased two ounces of cannabis and it was bunk. No effects. I called to tell them about my experience and the manager called me back. The manager made poor scripted excuses. He suggested that no one else had complained. He made it clear he did not care about my complaint nor my future business, which they will not be getting. This place is selling trash. Avoid purchasing here. Go to Flora or Pleasantrees instead.

Shayna Becker is a good friend of mine and was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I was wanting to try edibles for my anxiety and PTSD. Definitely would recommend going to pincanna for quality products and employees knowledge of the products.

Great atmosphere, looks exactly like an AT&T store for weed! The staff is honestly among the most helpful I’ve ever seen and experienced in my life. The products are really good and include a lot of options! What I love the most is the special deals and promotions that Pincanna offers, such as free pre rolls and buy 2 get 1 free!

yeah they're alright

At least twice I have been missing items with another two times that I've had to remind the driver that they had my second bag. Someone there is stealing from delivery orders. Which stealing is one thing, but they make you sign for your delivery without actually showing you what is contained. Which means you are signing for items you aren't yet sure about and they are tied to your name. Over 72 hours later and they still haven't returned my call. This place is shady. Their home brands are also extremely poor quality.

Terrible!! Drove 50 miles after placing on line order. Called ahead to check all was good and was assured all good. Got there and was told sorry your order isn't here and we're out if stock!! By the way no offer to make good. Never again!!

Super friendly staff, fair prices. Lots of good deals. Got a free pre-roll and Pincanna lighter as well as a goodie bag with more Pincanna branded items.

The parking sucks! The atmosphere was great! The product quality and pricing was great!
