Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

BEWARE, this place is selling fake cartridges many different brands select elite and enjoy are completely fake doesn't get u stoned and hurts your throat the next day, they know they are fake by how and what they say to push them and get customer interested. Pretty numbed out I was a regular hear for few months on almost daily basis. A lot of back yard products in legit packaging and testing labels but complete hoax

Awesome little shop. Helped me out with some danky dank bud, the budtender was super helpful, informative, and friendly. Would shop again!

Visiting from out of town, thought prices were a little high $36 for an eighth. Bought some ak47 and tasted like powdery mildew on it. Not impressed please make sure your testing companies screen for mildew as well as mold. Was not pleased when I smoked my first bowl and tasted horrible. Will not return to this shop.

Tons of variety. Tons of flower, shelves are a little cluttered and too much white board writing. A little overwhelming for a first time buyer in shop. Store help does know locations of products in the shelves and such but wasn’t sure if they were sold out or not on specific products. A lot of shatter, tincture and edible options

sold me a cartridge that is defective, fourth dispensary to do this.... I think someone needs to check their stock and suppliers because this is getting out of hand

This was my first time coming into the shop. Our budtender was amazing! He was super knowledgeable about his products. If I lived closer this would be the shop I would go to.

I have been going there since they opened and everyone that works there it seems is out to make it a great experience from the super awesome bud tenders to the owner that’s in and out. They like talking growing and make very good recommendations.

I am always on the hunt for a good preroll and Devin's recommendation of Brown Sugar Cookies (Shadowbox Farms) was spot on. Family owned and operated I was told, and may help explain the great customer service.
