‘Received confirmation of my online order & was shorted. The Budtender claimed that missing items were NOT on the order. I offered that I had photographic7 proof of same & received an argument in response. NOT good customer service!

Love Puffy’s always great staff, product, and service. New shop is no different then any of there locations. Grand opening was great will shop again.
