This location is the most professional Dispensary in the area (NWA). This is the dispensary that you want to take your mother or grampa to. The waiting room is clean, neat, and informative (signs and info sheets everywhere). In fact, if you want some deeper info on any of the products, then just ask an employee and they usually give you the run down in detail. Every employee really takes their time to explain the products and even deals you may or may not know about. Lastly, they just started to offer concentrates for a slight discount that is really a game changer for me (aside form waxy wednesday). This is why i go there, for the concentrates. I live in Bentonville but i will drive to this dispensary because the amazing deals on concentrates.

I've been several times. As others have mentioned, everyone there is just extraordinarily friendly. It's all smiles from the moment you walk in, until you leave. Everyone is super helpful, eager to show samples and answer questions. I haven't been to any other dispensaries in Arkansas, but I've been to several in other states. But based on that and just a modest amount of research, their prices appear to be pretty comparable to the competition. I've been really pleased with everything I've gotten there.

I was really impressed by the customer service that I received from Jackson he's very knowledgeable and knew a lot. I have been there a few times and every time I had a great experience! I know some mentioned the prices but they have deals and the quality is awesome my only negative comment is they need a compassion care program but they are working on that. I would recommend a visit to this dispensary for sure

Wonderful facility! Staff members are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. People complain about prices....but, you get what you pay for! You have great products! Your staff always makes me feel accepted! In an area where this is new, being female, and my son is a cop!!! I usually do not feel accepted! Thank you ALL! That pigs ear looks Fabulous!

Great location! Their website is a little clunky but I placed my first online order for some well-priced bud - no problem. Within the hour I received a text that the order was ready to be picked up. I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon and only had 1 other customer ahead of me. Less than 5 minutes worth of paper-work (first time visit) and I was led into the budtender area. I picked up my web order and 2 jars of Osage Creek gummies - these are WAY better than the slimy blobs put out by another cultivator. Overall I was in & out in 10 minutes - great selection and service. Thank you Purspirit!

I love how well lit this place is, the folks working here are super friendly and really know how to make you feel welcomed, even if it’s your first time, you’ll feel like you’ve been there plenty of times before. I only bought a cartridge but the quality was immense and the price was better than others. I definitely will be making this my go to place.

They won me back from accessing the Oklahoma program. Only Arkansas dispensary I've made a return visit to. Live in FS and I'll drive the 2hr round trip to Fayetteville in a heartbeat over the dispensary here.

Girl with face tattoos is very rude and always in a bad mood. There are better dispensaries where you will not feel like you’re wasting someone’s time. This is not the first bad experience with her, I will not be back and I promise neither will my friends.

Well I can honestly say you only get one chance to make a first impression and you guys blew that first impression away I mean you guys were so great took very good care of me you were very professional you're welcome to me I mean even though I messed up coming in and you still show me how I supposed to do it and you took care of me like a like a customer instead of just a little patient or number I really appreciate that you guys really made a great impression on me and I appreciate it thank you very much

The LA KUSH CAKE from Bold is the closest thing to a California strain that I have found. LA’s true flavors right now are Kush Mintz and Wedding Cake and LA Kush Cake is a cross of the two. We need more strains like this on the menu. It’s such a perfect mix of heavy hitting and uplifting I can’t describe. I hope Bold can continue pushing out this strain and more like it on the hybrid/indica side.

So I am very pissed off about the SoSo Flower Crown. I can't believe that they're selling this crap. I wouldn't have paid $5 a quarter oz. for this garbage. Not sure if its even weed. I love how I cant review the product either, because its on sale I guess. Can't have any bad reviews until you sell all of it first, then it defeats the whole purpose of the review. Things like that really piss me off because of the money that I put towards this state making an Ungodly ammount of it and our neighboring states to the north and the west have prices half as much as we do and better product. Step the game up first off, and these prices aren't even close to what they should be, they should be at least 1/3 lower and thats not even what they should be about 1/2 as low but 1/3 is a good place to start. Wont be coming back here for a while after this BS!

This dispensary is head over heals the best in the area. Prices are on point. Seems to be the only place that has a FULL menu that has more than the same 5 strains to choose from. The lobby is smaller, but well laid out. The people are super cool and love to talk and inform you about deals and the effects of the diff strains.

Best shop in NWA. Highly recommend Big Bad Ben as a bud tender! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely be coming back and asking for Ben!

Bud is good quality compared to somewhere like Acanza. Bud tenders are nice enough too. However, on my first visit, the security guy stared me down the entire time I was at the desk and then while I was sitting waiting to buy. Don’t know wtf that neanderthals problem is, but maybe he should buy some bud too and chill tf out.

This was my first time through and I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted with candor, asking if I would like my medical marijuana card laminated while I filled out their short form which I accepted. upon returning the form I was given a free company shirt which was both smart for advertising their company and cool because "hey a free shirt right"? I had placed an order prior to travel and gave my name when I was called back and my order was filled by a lovey budtender, they accidentally gave me a wrong gram of flower while filling my order, to which I noticed when I returned to my vehicle and looked at the receipt. I went back in the store and let the employee at the front desk know what was going on and the budtender that filled my order took full responsibility, apologized and took care of the issue. Very professional and responsible company, excellent staff, I drove an hour out of the way with a local dispensary 4 miles from my home, and will do so again, if you have not been I suggest that you check them out. Great job guys! Big ups!
