Tonight Chris and (just)Max served me and I expressed through chit chat that I had a rough day. They kindly listened and made me feel much better and were professional and personable. Very nice young men! But I have not had a bad experience since they conviently opened 5 min. away from me which is cool. Various products to choose from and always clean and musical

I’ll never shop guilty roots again. I just so fed up with putting in online orders. Almost every time I’ve placed an online order, it’s an excuse to why my product is no longer available. Even tho I’m ordering when the store opened. Think of an excuse and I’ve heard it…….. someone picked it wrong, oh I didn’t know it was multiple things on the order, the system shouldn’t have sold you that cause we don’t have it. Keep coming here to waste gas basically

This location is convenient and they have good specials. But I always get my order for pick up because the atmosphere (same horrible "music") is very unappealing to me. I am in and out as quickly as possible. Why not switch the "music" around or have no music?

My first review for Berkley. It would be nice if you notify customers ahead of time of you plan to open later or close earlier. Some people drive a distance. Not only that, orders were accepted as if you were actually open at that time. You had customers walking from door to door trying to find out what’s going on. A note on the door would have been nice. Poor customer service.

Quality roots is called quality roots for a reason. The pre rolls are a go to and I get high everytime and they aren’t expensive. Super friendly

The location in Berkley, Mi is amazing. Such friendly bud tenders and staff that know their ish. Never have had a bad experience here and they don’t push you to buy instead they help find what’s best for you. Alayna was perfect I hope she is there next time because every recommendation she has had has been great so far!

This was my go-to since they opened. My last couple visits were terrible. Staff is rude, and management encourages this behavior. The manager shouldn't be managing anything. A lot of their bud is poorly trimmed and low quality. I'll never return.

This is a great dispensary id recommend anyone to stop by and give them a try.
